Be very careful with this bank, they are giving false bills and when you claim they cannot do anything.
Be very careful with this bank, they are giving fake bills to elderly people who are going to collect their pension and when you complain they wash their hands of it and you lose your money. Check your tickets

I came to this bank during open hours according to the time posted. I walk in and a staff in a rude manner approaches me and says, how did you get in here?!, where did you come in from?!. I stated that door over there. She states, well we are closed and someone must have left the door open, thank god we have changed the business hours, while she escorted me out. How are you going to be joyful of your unexpected schedule change infront of me while im in this unpleasant situation. I believe this unprofessional manner deserved this negative review from my part, and this is only one of many inconveniences i have faced in this location.

Very upset with the service. Deposit a check at the ATM and it takes several days for the money to be available. Direct deposits also take time to become available. And, the most annoying thing, when they become familiar with the client, they do not answer the phone. I definitely do not recommend that branch.

Poor customer service. My account was an out an hold and no one could figure out why. End of the year traveling and un able to use my account debit card or anything. Plenty of bank to pick from. Highly not recommending Region to anyone. Just lost 2 customer.

Watch out for the ATMs at this branch. They will steal your money. Both ATMs tried to cheat me out of $100. One swallowed $400 and didn't give me credit. Regions later refunded me. Regions finally closed my account. No NSF's, no fraud etc. The kept theoney in my account by locking the account prior to the closure date. I didn't have money for a week. Awful bank. Don't be a victim.
