Poor customer service. My account was an out an hold and no one could figure out why. End of the year traveling and un able to use my account debit card or anything. Plenty of bank to pick from. Highly not recommending Region to anyone. Just lost 2 customer.

Watch out for the ATMs at this branch. They will steal your money. Both ATMs tried to cheat me out of $100. One swallowed $400 and didn't give me credit. Regions later refunded me. Regions finally closed my account. No NSF's, no fraud etc. The kept theoney in my account by locking the account prior to the closure date. I didn't have money for a week. Awful bank. Don't be a victim.

This is the worse bank ever especifically this location. They know their clients are an older non English speaking crowd, so they take their time. No staff available. This is ridiculous, they will be reported to the bbs.

This bank is beyond incompetent , the manager is a very disrespectful and refuses to help customers. They give incorect information to their clients and refuse to be helpful. I was at the bank , infront of a TELLER trying to do a cashiers check. The money I was using for my cashiers check was in part from a zelle I had just received. They refused to give me a cashiers check. They told me I had to withdraw the money in cash and then use the ATM to deposit the money BACK into the SAME account (apperantley they did not comprehend that anythin gthat can be done at an ATM can absolutley be done by and actual human TELLER as we all know ATM is Automated Taller Machine . incredible!!)Because of their Negligence my Debit card was blocked by REGIONS as they found it strange i had used my card so many times within a few minutes. THey made me reenter my PIN 5 times .It was like they closed out of my account anytime I asked a diffrent question, or they simply did not know how to work with their banking software. I had to go to another REGIONS branch accross town to have the cashiers check done and had no issue .This branch of regions should be closed down or seriously audited as their instructions to withdraw the money and then put it back in can be interpreted as some sort of money laundring and a detrement to the client . I would NEVER recomend this branch and unfortunatley i will not be quick to refer anyon eto bank with Regions. A formal complaint was done with their corporate office. I am most concerned for the elderly people and non english speaking clients as they would not know if they are being steered into doing extra transactions than needed or god know what lies they tell other customers, bottom line , LAZY , DISRESPECTFUL, UNEDUCATED, NO KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING REGULATIONS OR PROCEDURES.SHOULD BE CLOSED !!!!

To begin my problem was not with the bank, it was with one of its employees and the manager who was unprofessional with me, I explained to them that I tried to make a deposit and my check is better than it could not be and the manager told me in Spanish "PIPO" pipo its mean like "bro" I can't accept that check because it missing the signature of the person who is going to deposit it when it said "Authorized deposit" with a security lock seal and everything to summarize, they didn't help me ,they treated me badly and they ruined me the afternoon and I knew it was a lie because I went to another Regions and they accepted me without any issues, I hope Region Bank reads this and takes action against these unprofessionals and does not stain how good and professional Rengion Bank is. Thank you

Terrible bank. I was scammed by a restaurant, so i opened a claim and they asked me for evidence. I brought my RECEIPT of the restaurant which had the price they were suppose to charge, while on my statement they overcharged, though they closed my case saying it was not sufficient evidence, i even ended up paying overdraft fees. Terrible bank. Will be leaving soon!

Refused to give me change for $200. Their exact words “ we don’t have any change “ I needed $100 in $5s and $100 in $10s ... they have nothing... A bank with no cash.1 Star is too many!!!
