I am relatively a new client at Regions and they have treated my with respect loke no other bank. My accounts where hacked in another bank and their solution was closing my account. At Regions not only my money is secured but they are extremely careful with each transaction and not a single dollar has been taken off from my accounts.

They have terrible service. It is a necessity for all of us to carry out procedures with you, because there is our money, the one we work for, the one we sweat every day, the one we need. That's what you employ and it turns out that you work however you want. The hours are super bad. The telephone service does not have attention in Spanish, what is the reason, in a state where there is a large Latin community? And it takes a long time to serve, it is a lack of respect for all customers.

Has to be by far the worst regions branch in Miami even Florida, no women there speaks good English they never know what's going on in the black lady at the counter was vary rude in unprofessional she didn't even try to help me with my transaction, I just hope they really hire better people or close this branch down...

First time I ever review a bank but I feel it’s necessary, worst customer service iv ever seen and what’s worst it’s from the manager, no desire to help! Went out of her way to prevent me from completing my task. Went in for a replacement atm card and left empty handed, took my social, took an old license and a residency card and she still denied me…. Now I have no access to my funds to feed my family 5-7 days for a replacement in the mail….

If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's a shame that the bank's image is being affected by a very arrogant customer service girl named Leslie. She shouldn't be in that customer service position. She has a bad character and doesn't look for a way to solve the problem. .
