If i could give it 0 stars I would. Literally called them, told the lady i was going to get there exactly at 7pm (i got out of work at 650 and yes 7 is the time they closed), i knew exactly what i needed so i was going to be in and out, she said as long as i make it there by 7 she would let me in. i get there at EXACTLY 7 and the worker refused to let me in, i knocked and she acted like she couldn’t see me or hear me knocking. i get that you close at 7 which is why i called, but why tell me one thing and when i do it you turn around and don’t follow through?? it’s so stupid and inconsiderate. i needed one thing and it would have been the quickest transaction of her life. the common decency does not exist whatsoever. i went there on May 11th 2025 at 7pm so whoever was working and made that commitment and then backed out is seriously rude for that.

Read a review about the lady in her 50s or 60s red curly hair similar to a bob(Manager). Terrible experience in this store thanks to her. Seems like she takes her personal life to work or something cause she gives attitude and treats bad customers and employees for no reason. If you read this which i don’t know your name Manager, i would like to say if you work in customer service and don’t feel like you are capable of giving good service and find it complicated to treat people how they treat you find yourself another job that makes you happy.

The last time before yesterday that I went to this location was back in May/June. I was looking for curly hair products.. I had done a review previously for some reason, it has been deleted. The older lady with the short blonde hair has been there for a few years now and absolutely knows nothing about hair specifically curly hair, she is just trying to make sales. Yesterday when I went I already knew what I wanted but I felt attacked by her and another young girl with a bob, black hair. I felt like they were treating me as of I was going to steal something, mind you I never go to the store with a big purse just my wallet and I was with my autistic child. The lady older lady said she remembers me from the past, then she shoukd know that I will not take anything, but anyway, I couldn't even walk around the store to look around because of them, the older lady handed me what I was looking for but wouldn't leave my said I was like cornered and between both workers with my son in the same lane. I wanted to look for other hair stuff but it's as if they didn't even want me to move from that lane. I asked her for one last thing which was at the register section, and that lady also gave me a product I did not want thi king thats wjat I was looking for but I was so frustrated with it all that I paid and left, I will never go there again. I will stick to the one on 29th street, they are so much nicer and only try to help if I ask after they have asked me if I need help. They don't follow me around or trap me in one section. They need to get rid of that older lady she just seems so desperate to sell even if it's something that is not going to work for your hair.
They also.need to get rid of the lady with red hair , Bob cut, she is awful, yells at the older lady in front of customer and also does not allow customers to walk around the store, she is rude with employees and customers alike. This store needs new employees.

I placed an online order for pick up. I called before my pick up to ASK if I could exchange the developer I purchase to a different volume, same brand. I was told YES no problem. When my MIL arrived she was told that it was not possible. There was an older woman who kept telling the associate helping her that it was not possible and that she should not do the exchange when it was possible to exchange. That woman gave my MIL such a hard time! This was my first time ordering from them and my LAST for being so RUDE & UNCOOPERATIVE with a customer! Señora, deje de estar tan intrusa! No esta en su casa!

I feel very uncomfortable doing shopping here because the attendants pass from customer's support to harassment in a second... they are over you like volturss didn't let you see anything without giving you her input and the old lady was very rude with my MIL, she seems to notice that because later was trying to overcompensate... I will pass on going at this location next time I need some supplies... I will try one near my home and If I see the same MO I will take my business elsewhere...

Got a stream of angry texts from a door dash number supposedly who did not identify themselves. I thought it was a scam but( I was at work), i decided to play it safe and accept the delivery. I told them to leave it at the door.Arrived home and there's no package.I called customer service then after my wait they said wait for callback. I waited for a callback, got none. Called again got told to hold for 2 minutes and 16 minutes later I was told my order was returned to store.The two hour delivery is fake and the driver has no decency or decorum.Furthermore they told me I would not get my item though I chose this store for the reason of weekend delivery I desperately needed. I had to scrape up that money which would take 20 days for refund. This was a terrible experience when I thought I got lucky and I lost my money.Customer service and delivery is abysmal and I do not recommend.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST THEY GIVE YOU DISCOUNTS EVERYWHERE AND WHEN YOU GO TO PAY NOTHING HAS A DISCOUNT AND THEY HAVE RAISED ALL THE PRODUCTS TRIPLE THE 8 oz BW2 BLEACH THEY HAVE IT FOR $19 AND IN NAVARRO THEY HAVE THE TONER FOR $9 WELLA SALLY HAS IT AT $9 AND IN THE
NAVARRO At $5 I at least don't buy any more at any overpriced sally
