I had my kitchen remodeled and I bought a Sharp drawer microwave. I paid almost $1300 for it and now just at two years it’s broken. This microwave is built into my wall. I have called Sharp daily since. They have asked me to send in pictures and videos and fill out a claim form. I have done all of that. I call back daily to get an update. They just keep telling me it’s being reviewed. I just want it replaced. This is absolutely crazy that I pay that kinda money for a microwave and this is the service I’m getting. I didn’t go to Walmart and buy a $50 microwave I spent almost $1300 for it.
