Yesterday at 10:40 I made a purchase of a box of Marlboro and 39 pesos of gasoline. I couldn't fill the gas, I went to the cashier and explained. He told me that my money would be returned to me. the 30 pesos in the bomb 4. . It never worked, then at 2:30 in the morning I returned to make my claim. and the cashier told me that it was not in his power to give me the money back. and it's 9:23 and I haven't received my 30 pesos back. then upon returning. I found that the pump was closed. because it was broken. There I was until 3:30 in the morning where a customer was with me and left because we were knocking and the cashier didn't show up. The client left. I have the recording. And you have a camera, there you can check. Well, I have not been given a solution to my problem. I understand. than when the card is passed through the bomb. a fund is charged. and then they give it back to you. But the law says that to prevent that from happening, it is recommended to go directly with him. cashier that was my process. And there are so many hours that my money has not been returned. That has happened to me on many occasions. at different gas stations but it's the first time. They take so long to get my money back. Please, I ask you carefully. that my case required. thank you so much. I saw the landlord as inexperienced and as if nothing was happening. That is the responsibility of the cashier. Bad Gas it's contaminated. Owner refuses to pay the 2500 in damage to my new car. Car was fine before I pumped there. Dealer won't cover they say I have a full tank on contaminated gas.Took it to my personal mechanic an he too says the gas is contaminated. I'm 2500 in the hole now and no one is at fault. Lost all respect for Shell Gas ⛽️ never again. I just love how everyone kicks back and says it wasn't my gas..n..it's not my problem.

If I was able to leave 0 stars I would. The pump got stuck and the gad kept going, my clothes, my shoes my car and the pump all full of gas, THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS, handle is rusted and got stuck, broke my nail trying to remove it. Sadly the employees an older gentleman and a lady who unfortunately is not their fault didn't even know what to say.The older gentleman said " I can put some water".BE AWARE WHEN PUTTING GAS HERE, DANGEROUS GAS STATION.

Do you have a good service there at the Shell station they have everybody wear a mask you can I get in unless you have one they do sell sanitation products and they do wear their mask I have good service very happy with them to me they doing a great job for COVID-19

It is the worst car wash in the entire United States. Super expensive and leaves your car dirty. The person who assists you tells you that there is nothing they can do.

The cashier was so rude 11 pm on 11/22 if she doesn’t know how to work in customer service she needs to be fired or retrained.
