staff could be a little friendlier, smile a little, and maybe a "thank you" doesn't cost much. after all I just spent $175.00 in 12 minutes. Everyone seems to be upset with the customers.

I've always used Sherwin Williams paint, I think there quality is very good, not their service. I recently bought 2 paper samples (8"x8") for about $7 which I did not use. I took them back (unused) and told them I wanted to return them and buy the paint sample instead (which costs about $9)..I was told they would not refund my money. I am going to paint my house inside and out, (about $3000 in paint) and they nickle and dime me for $7?

I was told…“I see your paint samples….No paint match…”“Go somewhere else…”“My machine doesn’t work…for a long time…”No apologies, just that, as He turned around, (moved so as the face was in the opposite direction…Period…So I went somewhere else….

I am glad it is A great competition with the Benjamin Moore, Behrs and many other brands. Monopoly is not A good thing in marketing field.
