Outstanding Service and Amazing Team!
I had such a fantastic experience at this shoe store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Shaneliss, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great eye for style — truly a standout leader who makes you feel valued as a customer.
Edylissa, the Sales Lead, was equally amazing! Her friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm made shopping such a pleasure. She took the time to understand my needs and offered great suggestions that fit perfectly.
It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and truly cares about the customer experience. Thanks to Shaneliss and Edylissa, I left with the perfect pair of shoes and a smile on my face. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this store!

unprofessional & very rude employees at Westland mall. especially the red hair manager.
on Saturday 08/09/25 at approximately 3:56pm. my minor siblings went there to school shop and she was very rude. giving them attitude and making weird faces at them for no reason. she even tried to physically assault them in which my brother had to stand in-front of my little sister to protect her & she was still being rude, asking them where they work & bragging about her being a manager and how she can do whatever she wants & say whatever she wants to customers. they are KIDS still in school. as an adult and a manager you should never treat customers like that. this is ridiculous and sad that you guys have someone like her as your manager working in customer service. we will no longer be clients at shoe palace and we will advise anybody we know to stay away from that location specifically and even others because if you can hire someone like her i can’t even imagine what the other locations are like. Thankyou and have a great day. you just lost 7 customers today. :)

I’m writing to share the extremely disappointing experience I had at your Westland Mall location in Hialeah. I purchased several items for my husband’s birthday, discarded the paper receipt, and returned to exchange one shirt he didn’t like. To my surprise, the store refused to offer any exchange or even store credit without a physical receipt — despite the item being unworn and clearly from your store.
The manager, Nelson, was unhelpful and dismissive. He refused to work with us in any way, even though other locations, like your International Mall store, confirmed they can issue store credit without a receipt. It’s clear that the Westland location is not following the same policy, and it left us feeling completely disregarded as customers.
This isn’t the standard of service I expect from a brand like Shoe Palace. A brand-new store should be working to build trust with the community, not turning customers away over a $50 shirt and a missing paper receipt — especially when other locations are more accommodating.
I hope this issue is addressed, as it reflects poorly on your brand and leaves loyal customers frustrated. And you should definitely not have a manager like Nelson running a brand new store and ruining your reputation in this way.
