I should be giving them no stars from how ridiculous it’s been every month when the line gets paid and they still disconnect your phone service and when you call them they don’t even pick up the phone or they hang up on you.

The owner has the worst customer service, find another phone repair shop. I waited two hours for him and he did not show( he does the repairs) . The employee called him after an hour, he said he would be there shortly. I left after waiting for him for 2 plus hours. What a horrible experience.

Even though I didn't got my job done because my phone was playing smart with all the fancy security patches, the guy Ammiel put so much effort and was exceptionally professional and I'm so satisfied with his approach and knowledge. Place is so nice and well equipped, smells nice too. Girl at the front desk was so attentive. Definitely would recommend them all day/every day!!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the ladies are extremely patient; let me explain. When I went the 1st time, it took a bit to be attended, but it didn't surpass 10 minutes because the lady had the other help the people in front of me; I just had to pick-up a quick package. The 2nd time I went for the same reason, the girl didn't call anyone from the back to help and I spent my entire lunch time waiting to be attended for what took 1 minute. Other than that, it was clean and organized.
