The bread was stale had very difficulty chewing it. The lettuce was Not fresh, it turned pink. I did not enjoy my meal but the young gentleman was very nice and inviting.

In general I give the place 1 star because tonight's shift 09/11/23 at 12:39 in the morning a very rude boy does not have charisma nor does he know how to treat customers with very bad manners he told us Me and my family couldn't eat at the tables, so as not to give too much trouble, that boy's service was very bad, they should talk to him or at least train him properly, I hope you take this into account.

I am 8 month pregnant, I went in to buy a sandwich, and asked for a cup of ice, and they refused to give me a cup. That was extremely cruel. Never thought that you could refuse to give a customer a cup of water or ice. I’ll escalate this issue as far as it can go because, that’s certainly not how you should treat a pregnant woman.

Horrible subs, worst service ! Save your money and go to another subway. They make the subs sloppy and don’t follow directions and then if you come back they’ll get upset. They just have a bunch of low lives working at this franchise and it reflects in every aspect.

Surprise, surprise! I received a discount circular at my apartment with numerous offers. So, today on a quiet Tuesday afternoon I thought I would order via the Subway App! What was nice is that the prices for the specials are valid via the third-party delivery services! Many restaurants charge a higher price for third-party deliveries, not Subway. I paid a small Doordash delivery & service charge but the food was the same price if I went to pick it up! Firstly, the Subway App works great, easy to order & customize my sandwiches! I used the 3-12" subs for $17.99 offer. There are some exclusions to this offer but most of the sandwiches are a part of the deal! Secondly, within 30 minutes I received my order via Doordash at my door. The driver handed me my food. Now the best part is that these 12" subs are outstanding! I ordered a #16, #18 & #33 done just the way I ordered them: Fresh, loaded, juicy & saucy ! I guess I am now a Subway fan! Publix has great subs but these 3 Subway subs were dope! Keep up the great work! Being originally from Philadelphia I know a great sub. Yes, I do miss Sarcone & Liscio bread but you can't have it all! Go Inter Miami!

The last time I've ordered at this location, the bread was stale and inedible. Luckily I had my own bread to use. The quality is very disappointing. I rather go to the location on Pembroke road.

The workers here are lazy and can't do anything the online orders never come thru and they only want you to do whatever and offer no help for a refund honestly don't come here the subway near I-75 is better

I was served by employee #4092(she didn't want to tell me her name), I go to that Subway quite often and it's the first time I see her, the other employees are very nice. This lady was very rude from the beginning, arguing with me. I told her to put everything except spicy and mustard on my Italian BMT and she understood me perfectly, but she only put letuce , then insisted that I must tell her one by one the ingredients. I think she does not know how to treat customers. She was even trying to throw away the receipt so I wouldn't see her name. Very rude, disrespectful and insolent.
