Living here has been nothing short of fantastic. The apartment is clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home right away. The layout is spacious, the appliances are updated, and everything is well-maintained.
The community itself is quiet, friendly, and beautifully kept. Management and maintenance are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents.
The location is perfect: close to everything I need while still offering a peaceful environment to relax in. Parking is easy, amenities are great, and overall the value is unbeatable.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable place to live!

I moved into Aciano Hialeah just over four weeks ago, and I can honestly say the experience has been amazing! From day one, David the property manager has been absolutely wonderful—helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything so smooth and stress-free.
The community itself is quiet, clean, and welcoming. The neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance team is always kind and responsive. 10/10 — highly recommend!

We’ve lived at Aciano Apartment for almost 10 years, and it’s truly been a fantastic place to call home. Throughout our time here, we’ve never had a single complaint. The building is well-maintained, peaceful, and secure — everything we were looking for in a home.
One of the highlights of living here has been the wonderful staff. From management to maintenance, everyone has been consistently helpful, respectful, and quick to respond whenever needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community.
We’re grateful for nearly a decade of comfort and stability at Aciano and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

From the minute we signed our lease to the day we got our keys has been amazing. From the rep that helps with the process of showing the unit to the building manager David. They are very friendly and attend to your questions or concerns . Even my sister in law moved in and she has loved living here. Everything is well maintained you can actually see the employees cleaning throughout the day. You always have guards around the clock . Even the fellow residents are very friendly even if it’s a simple hello. We have made a great decision moving to Acianos. 💜

“Living at Aciano Hialeah has been an amazing experience. The community is very well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and spacious, with great finishes and attention to detail. The amenities, like the pool and common areas, are always kept clean and in excellent condition.
The staff and management team are professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever something is needed. They truly care about the residents, which makes a big difference. The location in Hialeah is also perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways.
I highly recommend Aciano Hialeah to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-run rental community to call home.”

I just moved into my second apartment living here and all I can say is that David the property manager is amazing and always very attentive. First apartment was great and now the second one is even better! I love the work that has been done and their dedication to make this community great. I would recommend!

Worst place I’ve ever rented from. The pool has been closed for years, mold issues are common, forced to pay tor renters insurance and roaches are everywhere. The dog park smells like urine, and the water is constantly being shut off with little to no notice. Management always has an excuse — either “maintenance” or “repairs” — but it happens way too often.
Their excuse for the pool being closed is that the city hasn’t done inspections. In fact, if you look at past reviews, the owner even responded saying they “pulled permits.” That same excuse has been used for years, yet the pool still isn’t open.
The “remodeled” apartments are a scam. They use cheap subcontractors who cut corners — for example, the floors start lifting within months because the glue isn’t allowed to cure properly. When you move out, management blames tenants for the damage, keeps the deposit, and then just uses that money to remodel again. It’s a dishonest cycle designed to make tenants pay for their poor-quality work.
On top of that, customer service is terrible. The leasing office is rude, unhelpful, and communication is almost nonexistent.
Save yourself the stress and money — this place is not worth it.

Office staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The interior of the apartments are modern and gorgeous and rent is affordable compared to other locations nearby. Onsite security is available throughout the day and there’s always police actively patrolling in the community deterring outside crime from entering and being a worry to families!

terrible experience! Pool has not been open In years but they will make sure to take it out of your rent . Last year they raised everyone’s rent because they were going to rebuild the pool and when you ask about it nobody there can give you a firm answer probably because this pool has never been open and will most likely never be! The parking is absolute TRASH when it comes to guest parking , it’s so packed as well just a terrible layout all around. There’s a lot of places around to move to I would definitely not recommend to move here.
