My 16 year old bull terrier was at end of life, or so we thought. He was barely eating or walking and non stop panting. My family was already in mourning. Doctor caballero send us some medication and it turned back time. Seems like we will have some more time with our pupper. We we went from sad tears to happy tears. Thanks again Doc !

Have been taking great care of my dog for years and don’t recommend unnecessary things to be done.

Staff was nice but I’m very confused about their practices..I came in with my cats having diarrhea and loss of appetite. They did the check up and prescribed me two medicines for two weeks. I paid for everything which came up to about 500 dollars. After week 1 the medicine ran out. I thought maybe they forgot to give me the medicine for the second cat so I went in hoping to get the rest of the medicine I paid for. Nope they didn’t forget. I had to purchase another weeks worth of medicine for 80 dollars. They never informed me I would have to buy more medicine OR that that I would even need to return at all for more. I paid for the treatment in full, I don’t know why they would charge me again for the medicine I already paid for. THE LADY AT THE DESK SAID THIS WAS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. I let it slide, but my cats never got better, even after a week of finishing their treatment. I took them to a different veterinarian and the new vet told me the medicine they prescribed didn’t even treat the parasite/bacteria my cats had..the new vet prescribed me the correct medicine and my cats symptoms went away in DAYS. I expected more from the reviews but they seemed unprofessional and gave me the impression they wanted me to come back with sicker cats so I could spend more money on treatment. I wish I could give more than 1 star but I can’t think of anything that was positive about my experience.

I will NEVER take my cat again to this vet. I took my indoor cat to get her last vaccine, I had already prepaid for the vaccines so there was a $0 fee for this appointment. Before the doctor came in they asked me if I wanted to pay $73 for a flee prevention. I said no , not today. The nurse then came back with the doctor, he came in with a brush and the first thing he did was brush her hair (they had never checked for flees before) 1 stroke and a flee jumped out. We were in disbelief since she never goes outside, nor have we ever seen a flee on her or in the house. When the doctor left we asked for the brush again and brushed her hair multiple times NOT 1 flee appeared. We ended up buying the medication, but feeling liked they scammed us into buying it. I don’t trust them and will stop taking our pet there.

I love that they are not pushy with getting you to do extra on your pet. They are punctual with their appointments and reasonably priced.

Had to fly out last minute and my puppy needed his shots and physical exam before traveling. I walked in and the staff offered me an appointment the same day. I was very grateful for that The Vet and tech were very nice and explain everything to me. Also got a good price for everything that my dog needed. Definitely will stay with them. Totally worth it.

This place is a SCAM!!! I feel so stupid to fall for it. I have petassure insurance through my company, and that was the place listed. I did the appt, and I told them that we have the insurance. My husband took our dog for a 2-hour appointment for a simple annual. He waited patiently. They didn't do the dental or prescribed medication, and that was the main point to take the dog to the doctor because he is a healthy young dog. They told us that we couldn't use the insurance because we have a bundle price. So we end up payment $300 for a regular check-up and rabies vaccine.I was going to take my cat for his annual, but I will never go back to that place.

I have 3 dogs and am pretty critical of vets. I’m also relatively new to the area and have tried a few veterinarians and finally found a primary vet that I am very happy with. Dr. Callabero is very attentive and knowledgeable. He takes time to address my concerns and answer any questions I may have. The staff and vet techs here are also very good. I highly recommend.

Truthfully was disappointed in the office beyond words, on November 29th, I called early morning the moment they opened because I realized my pet was acting a bit odd. They happened to have an appt at 3pm, which was greatly appreciated. Within an hour my pets health depleted suddenly & this vet is 5 minutes from my home, compared to most hospitals that were 30 minutes or more. I've brought my English Bulldog here since he was a puppy so of-course I figured I'd call to see if they can take in an emergency a bit earlier considering it was 10:30am & the appointment was at 3pm, the person said no sorry we only have 3pm, despite the fact you can tell I was a bit distressed & wouldn't have asked for an earlier appointment if it was not an emergency as I stated. I understand that they aren't an emergency clinic but as I said I've trusted them with my dog since he was young so I really was hoping they'd consider seeing him as an emergency situation. I decided to cancel my appointment & take my business elsewhere as I called VCA silver lakes in Pembroke Pines also a clinic & they didn't hesitate to take my pet in, & LeadER in Cooper City despite having emergent situations already but they understood bulldogs are very time sensitive in these situations. I was able to have him seen, & taken to an animal hospital but he was unfortunately very unstable & pronounced dead at 2:35pm on that day, I couldn't imagine how I'd have found him in my own home if I waited till that 3pm appointment that they could only fathom to fit me in for. The next day I received a call from here in reference to re-scheduling my appointment for my dogs vaccines, I never called to have him do his vaccines... I called because it was an Emergency. I lost my good boy that day, at a young age of 6 years old, had nothing to do with "vaccines".

Terrible hospital. My wife walked in during regular business hours with a 13 week old terribly sick puppy and they told her they don't accept walk ins. Lobby was pretty much empty, and they showed no sympathy for the situation and urgency at hand. Turned out our puppy had giardia which is a severe illness with a 103 fever. Banfield took us as a walk in without a problem and treated him with medications and a shot. Stay far away from this place.RESPONSE to OWNER: That's a lie. It's the one in the publix shopping center off Miami gardens drive that she went to. It was yesterday 8/22 and she was turned away.
