The absolute WORST banking experience ever. Went to this branch by Pembroke Lake Mall. I simply requested a temporary card, and for them to send my new card to my new address. Well how about a week later, I go to use my temporary card at 11pm at night. And the card declines. I call customer service and they tell me that the card doesn't exist. And that they don't see it in their systems. So of course I'm boiling hot. Well ok cool. I got through it. Now 2 days later I go to the branch and they said yes the card isn't in the system so they're going to shred it, fine. How about the lady tells me well they did order your new card though. But it's getting delivered to my old address in a whole other state. When in fact I gave them my new address for them to send it to and my new phone number. So now my card is delayed. And truist left me out to dry on first night out on the town. How absurd is that?

Waited for a representative for 45 minutes. Only one person working the floor, three tellers doing nothing with 4 people waiting to talk to someone. It's in a central location, but the drive to another bank will probably save more time overall.

TRAGIC! I deposited a check a week ago and they say that the bank can hold it up to 10 days just because. This check is from a very rich company so clearly the funds are available. When I spoke to the manager, she said that that was a new hint the bank was doing. They were putting holds on the check....... why?! Just because?! I can understand a couple of days but 10 days?! Give me a break. No wonder SunTrust Bank only has 5 costumers. Cause they suck!!!!

Super convenient as far as banks go. There is hardly ever a line. When you go inside the branch, the representatives will usually come out to greet and help you immediately even if it is for a deposit or withdrawal.
