service was terrible i saw prices online and they were more expensive in the store the sales person lied to me saying that i needed a mandatory coverage on the phone i went home did it all online and it was all lies, dont come here!!!

Mark was awesome! As soon as I walked in he greeted me and every other customer at the same time while I sat down and waited for my transfer to complete. He handled my issue quickly and effectively. The company did a great job making him a leader and need more workers like him.

I just walked in and was not greeted by any employee. I asked a brunette employee the wait time and she was very rude. I have not been helped yet and I'm already annoyed with the customer service here. I don't mind waiting just don't be freaking rude and I'll wait all day if need be. Some people don't need to be working in customer service

Mark and the while staff were amazing and such a big help. I had 10 LINES at Verizon and Mark helped me get such a better deal than what I was paying at Verizon. Thank you for all the help !

Went in looking for the new Apple Watch and the manager was more than helpful. They were out of stock the night of, they gave me a number to call the next day after the shipment came in, which I did and they were kind enough to hold one for me. I went in and picked it up next day and was served cafecito when I was there! Great experience and I’ll definitely go back next time I need anything.

Today, I visited the T-Mobile store located in Hialeah Dr with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Prior to my visit, I had called the store to inquire about their stock availability. Unfortunately, the store manager's behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They displayed a rude attitude towards me, solely because they claimed to not have the desired iPhone model in stock.What bothered me the most was the fact that I had specifically asked about the availability of the iPhone 15 Pro Max during my call. The representative assured me that they had fewer than 10 units but still had an adequate amount. However, upon visiting the store, I discovered this to be a blatant lie. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and as a result, I have decided to never return to this particular T-Mobile location.I believe it's crucial for businesses to prioritize honest and respectful customer service. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when making a significant purchase. I hope that T-Mobile takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the customer experience in the future. The store manager was a lady named Kristine or something like that, the one on this picture. HORRIBLE PLACE.

10/12/2023Today I stopped by this store to exchange my phone for new units because of defective and problems, the manager at this store was absolutely disrespectful, with acritude and complaining for something was approved by T-Mobile.Also trying to sale new phone with no option to call T-Mobile and confirm the warranty issue.I'm definitely recommend to move this person out of customer service, or any type of customer relation, otherwise T- Mobile will have real problems with.
