worst tmobile in Florida, they will not assist you if you already have a phone only concerned about sales, so avoid, if possible, they will only try to sell u a new phone or an upgrade .

Came in to buy one small item and they had it. I know there are a lot of people in waiting to get serviced. But it would be easier to charge me out than have me wait. 45 min for $30 item. Most people are here for new service

Dear T-Mobile Customer Service,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent visit to the T-Mobile store located at 1675 49th street 1486 hialeah, Fl 33012. As a loyal T-Mobile customer for several years, I believe it is essential to bring to your attention an incident that has left me feeling quite dissatisfied with the level of service provided. On November 8th , I visited the T-Mobile store with the intent of purchasing a new phone and upgrading my existing plan. I had high expectations for a smooth and efficient experience, as my past interactions with T-Mobile have generally been positive. However, what I encountered on this particular visit was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the store, I was dismayed to find two employees who seemed to be engrossed in a task unrelated to assisting customers. They were diligently decorating the store, specifically attempting to stick posters on the window. While I understand that store aesthetics and promotional materials are important, I firmly believe that customers should always come first. It was evident that the employees were not only preoccupied with their decorating task but were also completely oblivious to the waiting customers, myself included. I patiently waited for a prolonged period of 35 minutes, during which the employees continued their decorating efforts, despite the growing line of customers, all of whom were eagerly seeking assistance. This situation left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. I understand that employees may have various tasks and responsibilities, but ensuring that customers are promptly attended to should be the foremost priority, especially during peak hours. The lack of attention to customer needs and the apparent prioritization of store aesthetics over customer service was a disheartening experience for me. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and address the issue at hand. T-Mobile has always been a company I held in high regard, and I believe in its commitment to customer satisfaction. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and constructive resolution to my concerns.

Came in to return a defective device, and they told me on we are about to close and it takes 20-30 minutes. Its not the customer's fault the device wifi device is defected. I came in at the most convenient time for a inconvenience Tmobile created. Where is the customer service? I will stick with Verizon.
