I waited for the 10 minutes in the electronics department for someone to open one of the locked shelves and even in a area where most of the items are locked they don’t have anybody at the desk. 2 walking employees ignore me and I could not buy what I needed. Terrible service.

Worst target. Did not give us discount on clearanced item, tried to charge us full price on baby formula. When we asked to speak to manager they never come in person and only want to speak over a radio. When calling the store no one answers the phone. Had to call corporate to file a complaint.

The store is perfect and its prices are ideal but its payment policies are fatal. So much so that it doesn't cause you to return. Supposedly the store closes at 12 at night but only one cashier works. The self-service to pay works until 10 but at 9:40 pm they close the self-service and the indolence of the cashier they assign is abnormal. If they improve the human quality of the staff and the payment method, it is an ideal store

The customer service department in the Hialeah store is horrible. Whenever you need to return something or exchange, they never want to give you your form of payment back. They always give you A merchandise credit. You have to end up calling corporate so they can take care of the issue.

A place I will never visit again. Deplorable service. I went for a Happy Birthday gift card and it turns out that I asked for help, I consulted the staff for one and they all left you with no solution, you have to look for it yourself. I tell him that it is incredible that he didn't have any happy birthday gift card. Very disappointed, he ended up buying another one and it turns out that before leaving the store, at a cash register there were some very out of sight of the customer. When I claim to exchange they tell me that the gift cards are not returnable. I ended up resigned, leaving the place with a very bad regret for the responses of Cesar, the customer service leader, and Denny... Target, you disappointed me.

Yesterday around 6:00pm I was on the Target self service line and the person in charge, apparently, was not having a good day. His attitude was terrible, addressing me over my shoulder and complaining about everything. No good!!!!

I had a good opinion of target, always a little expensive but it was worth it in my opinion. But lately I don't recommend it to anyone on top of the fact that nothing is cheap and you can't even buy the pantyhose there right away. They fray and nothing has the same quality as before.

horrible customer service 😡, employee Kelly, keyi or Kevin, doesn't know how to guide or Instruct the customer how to find a cash receipt if if you use the phone number at the time of checkout. Also the manager in charge of the store, they called her and she never showed up.I had never had a bad experience at any Target store, but of course it had to be a store in Hialeah.

This target used to be good, but the fact that they only have one register open and the self checkout open and a long line of people waiting constantly is really inconvenient. Walmart has a shorter wait time to pay and that says a lot...

. Not only was the Target store incredibly dirty and messy, but the type of customers that were there made the experience even worse. People were screaming and yelling throughout the store, creating a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere. I had always chosen to shop at Target because I felt safe and enjoyed the ambiance, but this specific location was a complete nightmare. It was as if I had walked into a Walmart, with the lack of cleanliness and unruly behavior of the customers. The overall experience was disgusting and I will definitely not be returning to that Target store.

Understaffed when it comes to open cash registers. 6:50 pm on a Thursday and two cash registers open that’s a joke. You’re stuck in line waiting for at least like 10 minutes.

Self check out is closed at 10 AM, and I only have to pay for 1 item and thus I had to make the huge line. This is ridiculous!
