The return, pick up department is not organized, the clerk named Sohan was not paying attention, made us wait on a different line and took care of who he wanted, not orderly, not a good customer service, on his personal cell ??, need to improve that area.

Hoy 11/17/23 fui a comprar un árbol de navidad. Habían en exhibición más de 12 árboles, me decidí a comprar uno y cuando le pregunté a una dependiente me dijo que no quedaba ni ese ni ninguno. Le dije que me llevaba el de exhibición y me dijo que esos no estaban en venta que era solo para exhibición. No entiendo. Exhibición para qué?

Is Target becoming WalMart? I just had the worst experience in my entire time shopping at Target. The security stopped me at the door and started demanding for a receipt very aggressively. She just had seen me paying for the items at the Customer Service counter but I guess she was not having a good day and wanted to make someone else miserable. She was basically implying that I was trying to steal this item. This type of behavior would have never been sanctioned under the old management where Sunil was the Store Manager. Shame on these people.
