TD Bank is usually a good choice. However, this branch is a disaster. Long lines both inside or at the drive thru. It is simply understaffed. There are only 2 reps at the main operations desk. This time, my visit for a simple deposit took 30 minutes or longer.

This is not a friendly location especially for new business I don't understand how hard is at least to try to help when you don't have all the tools available. In the other hand when it comes to business account this Bank really fall behind order major brands unfortunately I will have to stay with the big four instead of having a more convenience branch like this one.

Instead of "the Most Convenient Bank" it should be "the least Convenient Bank" It is difficult to get answers unless you call or go in person. Going in person has always been a long wait while the officers are there typing in their computers instead of helping customers. Now with the Pandemic you have to stand outside in the sun for very long times.This year raised the Safety Deposit box fees by 60%! Could not get any help from their messaging service. I had to either call the branch(I am hearing impaired and can not use the phone) or go into the branch and wait forever while the officers typed in their computers.In their messaging service they said to call, even after I had said that I can not use the phone! Evidently the attendant did not read my message or did not care.I have started looking for another bank to do my business with.

Avoid this TD bank at all cost. Lines are long, lack of customer service reps. And the Drive-thru is below 1% satisfactory Took me 75 minutes to get through 8 cars ahead of me. ONLY 1 Teller, because the other teller was out to lunch during Peak Lunchtime hours. Reported to District. Should not have to be so Horrible to make a simple cash deposit. Outrageous stupidity!!!

This place is terrible the tellers inside aren't working only drive thru so If you want to use the ATM just to pull out money you have to make the line with everyone else I've been in this line for about 25 and all I need to do is pull out 20 bucks I'll be transferring to chase screw this bank
