Just left this bank an I am appalled by the attitude Maria gave me. She came over an asked me if she could help I told her I needed a new card and to make a deposit. I said the bank sent me a fraud alert ,she called an unlocked the card which other transaction were on my account that I did not approve . I simple said to her ,you didn't do what I asked I said I told u I wanted a new card an my god she had the worst behavior ever . She asked for my card an I put in on the counter . She said oh no im not going to deal with this ,got up an left me. I'm a customer that bank an have my money in this institution and the level of professionalism was degrading to me.... this is the type of people td bank hire to service there customers??? So thank God to maryln. She came an help me.. while Maria left me to enclose herself in the bathroom.... I felt discriminated . All because u didn't provide the service I asked... having a person at this branch will only lower the locations business and credentials.... I wouldn't recommend anyone to us that bank.... who ever hired her has poor judgment in character.

Maybe you have to be a customer to get good service, apart from if it is a “bank” as they are not going to have staff at the cashier, and they serve another person who arrived later, I think we all deserve the same attention ✌?

In general, the attention leaves a lot to be desired. The Tdbank bank is a disaster with its clients and full of records and transactions that they make and then delete them.

They say they start serving at 8:30 and it is 8:52. The bank's time is valuable and ours isn't?
