In general, the attention leaves a lot to be desired. The Tdbank bank is a disaster with its clients and full of records and transactions that they make and then delete them.

The service is awful! Went today to get a money order and the employee was already telling me the charge is $5 even before she checks my account (my account doesn’t get charge for money orders or cashiers check), after I waited for 15 mins she tells me the machine doesn’t work. Every time I come to this location the service is horrible.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Horrible service from the staff - extremely rude, and very unprofessional. They literally made me wait three hours, just to open an account. Zero stars!

Very hard to communicate, hardly anyone knows what is going on, they make you wait and wait and wait, I had a different perception , but staff just really doesn't care about clients. If you call they will give you the run around. excuses why they cant help you. if you call customer service is even worse.i have tried reaching my banker since Dec, and every time i call they tell me hes not in, and wont be in for a week. when i ask if anyone else can help me , they will give me excuses about manager being busy and assistant manager not available.is frustrating. is not that they are understaffed. is just that they don't care about clients.I don't think they read their reviews, because all i see here is negative about this bank and this branch in particular.I don't think anything is going to change.my only recommendation is don't bank here.use US based Banks.

Unprofessional. They open at 8:30 on Thursday’s, and I stayed waiting at the window at 8:40 with no one in sight. The cash ATM didn’t work for cash deposits either. When a woman finally came to the window and gave me a deposit slip, she disappeared. Then finally another man came to deposit my money. Absolutely ridiculous. There was another car there waiting for assistance with me. I called several times and they didn’t answer their phone either. If you’re having issues, at least communicate it to customers so we know. If you say nothing, we assume you just have awful customer service.

Kuki is my lady. It's my local bank and I tend to visit often. This week was a tough week had to get a few wires out had not time and Kuki helped me out and had me on my way. Always appreciate kind and quick service.

Rude staff and not willing to take that extra step to help. My husband walked in and before he even finished the manager was saying no. Really Rude and condescending attitude. The branch manager not any better.Both female manager and female branch manager have a lot to learn about customer service.So much so that we went to the branch on nw 57th after and complete opposite. The people were nice and tried to help and went that extra step and They did things the other two said they could not do.I guess that's called being lazy and not wanting to do your job. I recommend going to the branch on 57th Ave if you need help or at the atleast for good customer service!
