I was in need of a reliable van for my business. I looked on line and found The Car Shack. They had exactly the van I needed, a Ford 350 High Roof Extended Cargo Van, with very low miles and a price that I really couldn’t find anywhere else.
Iris and David were friendly, professional and extremely helpful putting me in a van that fit my needs.
I recommend The Car Shack in Hialeah 100%.

We purchased our company truck from Iris, we got the best service from her. The rest of the crew at The Car Shack was as attentive as Iris. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Got my truck from the Car Shack and nothing but a great experience. Iris helped me out every step of the way. I contacted her from my home in Port Orange FL and she sent extra pictures and measurements for me as well. I got myself pre-approved for the truck and all was smooth. Now I have seen some complain about the cost of trucks going up... First, there is a cash price, then there is a financed price and also your credit score will make a difference too. My truck rocks! I drive it all over the nation now. I have been from Florida to Missouri, to Florida, to Arizona, to Indiana, to North Carolina and now heading back to Indiana! Great strong running clean truck. Thank you Iris and all the Car Shack crew.

In 2017 I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa, a car that I still have, today I plan to go back and buy another car because thank God in the first experience I didn't have any major problems other than normal, I hope for a new or good experience again.

This is one of those few dealers that when you visit them in search of a car you fall in love with the staff and their cars. All their professionalism, their cars are clear and they respond to any situation, always helping you to leave satisfied with the purchases you decide to make, no matter what. with the price, the credit, the financing or any event that arises. I definitely recommend them. I was looking for more than two months and all the other places I visited rejected me because of my characteristics. I repeat, very happy and grateful to the entire CAR SHACK team and a special mention for Mrs. Iris who was attentive to my needs all the time. expectations

DO NOT GO THERETake my experience as an example and save your time and money.I bought a Nissan NV 200 2019 on 04/05/2023 for my business and after 34 days the motor blew up and the car stopped in the middle of the highway.I paid to have the car towed to a workshop in Tampa (near where I was). The first mechanic that checked said that "the aftermarket catalytic converter they installed created a restriction causing excessive back pressure in the exhaust which caused the engine to fail".I called the Car Shack saying what I would pay to tow the car to their store so they could check and evaluate if the diagnosis was right and prove that the part was right for this Van. They refused my offer.I ended up getting an evaluation from second mechanic in Tampa which confirmed the same issue. After, the Car Shack said that I did not changed the oil. I sent them a video "from the oil change place surveillance camera" proving that the oil and filter was changed (Note: When I bought the car they even said I could run 5k miles and the oil change was actually done much sooner). The Car Shack said that their own mechanic evaluated the video I sent and their conclusion was that the car was already dead for lack of oil in the engine. In other words, they basically said that I towed a broken car to get an oil change. Just unbelievable! After continuing with my offer to tow the car back to them (at my own cost) they started to say that they didn't have any mechanic there and there was nothing they could do.Strange because when I got the car at Car Shack a panel light was ON and a mechanic was there to check and fix it. When I told that to the woman who sold me the car, she replied "a light on the panel doesn't mean anything".The point of paying more at a dealership is to have some level of confidence and you will certainly not find it at this place. This place has cause a lot of damage to my business. I paid the car in cash (full amount) and now the car is basically worthless.

Car Shack has en excellent customer service. The van purchased was very smooth and Iris was very pleasant to deal with. It is with no doubt that I will not look elsewhere for my next van purchased. Car Shack is is the place to shop.
