I took my car in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. The 4 tires were put in fine. However when it comes to the wheel alignment it was not done well. My steeling wheel now needs to be held to the right in order for the car to drive straight. After bringing this up to the store and them redoing it, my steering wheel is still not straight. When I informed them again that they did not fix it, they shift blame and try and tell me the struts are bad and I need to replace them. I find this to be absolutely unacceptable as my car had no such issue before the first alignment.

I went to get the nail removed from the tire . I ask the heavy set dude at the front desk I wanted a patch & the tire to be balanced . When it was time to pay I ask why so much he stated that he thought I wanted all four tires balanced smh. When I went outside to check the tires on the car I noticed they rotated the tires w/o asking . I ask the dude in the front desk first you charge me for extra stuff I didn’t ask for now the mechanics rotated the tires when they were already done smh . He then was extremely rude & unprofessional about it. I will not be going to this tire kingdom ever again . It’s sad that I well known place has bad customer service & mechanics working there.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because the appointment was on time and quick.However; the technician working on my car broke my wheel lock nut and tried to steal my valve stem caps. He replaced my OEM BMW ones with cheap plastic ones. When I confronted him about it he thought "I didn't want them anymore." Why tf would you think that?And oh yeah, the only reason I found out about my wheel lock being broken is because after I left, I remembered they never returned it to me. Had I not gone back, they would have never told me anything. They took my information down to call me to replace it, but I'm not holding my breath.Shady business practices, look elsewhere.

Went to this place to fix my tire and they give me the look like they did not want to make the work so the easiest way for them is to tell you to buy a new tire…5 minutes later i was in a tire plus repairing my tire! Please dont trust at first to this guys!!

Yesterday I had a nail in my tire and was lucky enough to have Edgar assist me. When I walked in I was in total panic mode. Edgar was calming, confident, and respectful. The other gentleman, Eddy, was also attentive and kind. Edgar ordered the tire immediately and gave me an appointment for today at 12n. Edgar said he would call me if the tire arrived sooner. Sure enough, this morning I received a call at 9a from Edgar the tire was there and I raced over there. Another good fortune - John who replaced it. John was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Within 10 minutes the job was completed. I am a grateful customer and would not hesitate one bit to recommend Tire Kingdom at this location. I wish every business was as customer focused.

I just found a nail on the tire on the way to work yesterday. They said they can fix it, which they eventually did. But they also said they found more vital issues. They show me through like it was real. Turns out they just tried to scam me and gave me a 1800$ quote. Luckily, I have my own trustful mechanics near my house, so I refused them. You can fix the tire here, but NEVER trust for other issues they said.

All I can say is Johnny and John were amazing! They were respectful, their English was great, and they took care of me very quickly. I would highly recommend this place and won’t buy tires anywhere else. God Bless them!

I used to go to the one they closed in hialeah, they were great. When i started coming to this one, every time i would leave something new was wrong with my car, one of the times they even exchanged my new container for the windshield wiper fluid to one that was broken, when i tried to use it no liquid came out and when i looked just 2 days after they fixed my car at this location the whole container was different it wasnt the new one that i had recently placed in my car, im guessing they did this because I am a woman and they thought I wouldnt notice, theybtruly underestimate woman's knowledge. These people are theives and rip offs, i wouldn't recommend.

I came all the way from Ft.Myers get my car window repair!!!Amazing staff, top customer service and haven't waited longer then 5min get my can into shop.It's my very favorite shop to go worth 2.5h drive!!!Thank you

Called to find out how much to patch tire and how long since I was out side their place. They said $ 25 and included balance so he did the ticket over phone he asked me make model everything so I came in 2 mins later the guy tells me its almost $45 they said the guy told me wrong !! They tell you one price to come in and charge you another !! Never going there again!!

I came in for a diagnostic for my car i knew what was wrong with the car I just came to rectify to make sure i was right after they finished the diagnostic they did not call me to tell me that the car was done I had to call to check when i got to the place they told me that they aligned the car even tho we did not ask for such labor only for a diagnostic.

5710 NW 176 Street,33015 I went today for them to check my tires and put in a claim for my tires. I arrived and spoke to John, he asked how can I helped you, I explained that I was there to put in a claim and that I had an appointment. He checked my records and said “so you need to buy 2 tires?” I responded again, no I need you to check and put in a claim. He responded “oh YOU have to call Hancook and get a claim” I then said don’t you have to check the tires? Again responded “no, just like this other customers. You call Michelin and then you come back” I asked okay can you give me the number to call. “No I don’t have it Google it!” Wasted morning. I’ve been a customer of Tire Kingdom for years (NOT THIS LOCATION) never have I received this type of service. I felt once I said Im not here to buy tires, I was not worth his time and was dismissed!!UPDATE: Tire kingdom I did fill out your contact form and no one has contacted me back.

STOP!!! Don't go near this place. I took my jeep in this last week of April, 2023, twice. Second time was for the air conditioning. They left my car filthy ALL OVER. They scratched my front passenger rim. They dented the roof. (Both of these things I noticed while washing my jeep today). And the air conditioner still does not work. I was charged $1,000 to replace the compressor. Didn't work. And they wanted me to replace two more part just to see if it works. Another $1,000 (would have been). Because I wouldn't have them work on my car again even if it was for free.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. However, Company Policies have begun to show changes that might make me reconsider future visits. I love this location because is very convenient for me. However during this Tire Purchase I discovered a few things I did not appreciate although through no fault of the staff.1- Only tires that they need to promote are offered. Unfortunately are the most expensive tire choices in inventory. I wanted to purchase Cooper Tires (based un past experience and price / Promotion) and the associate was not able to order them for me due to system restrictions. They were not offered as an alternative, I was the one who mention them. I was told I needed to go online and order them through there since they were not allowed by system not allowing it. This is very inconvenient as I lost the trip to the store and now lost the Human touch of the selection process.2- I called the day before the appointment to confirm that tires had been delivered for the next day's appointment. The associate was able to see my appointment but the system gave them no information as to what tire I had purchased. I was asked to provide the Tire size for them to verify if they had been delivered. I believe the customer should not be the responsible party to order the right tire, never mind having to provide this technical information. Customer relies on staff expertise to guarantee that the right product is selected.2- They will only offer tires that they want to promote. So only the most expensive tires are offered unless one goes online to order tires available through their web site. I had the opportunity of witnessing a walk in customer asking for tires and was offered a set of Michelins that cost at least $50 more than the Cooper Tires I had purchased. The customer walked out with no further help. This is due to Company Policy as I was able to find out.Very sad that Tire Kingdom has made the move away from Customer Satisfaction and Hones treatment to Profits Above all.Hopefully someone that can make a difference will read this review and help guide them in the right direction.VERY SAD INDEED!!
