Worst banking experience ever — and I’ve worked in banking for over 25 years.
I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
I went early to send a wire transfer. My money was fully available, yet they refused to authorize the wire, claiming “not enough days” had passed — even though the funds were already cleared.
I transferred the money from another account I own specifically to complete a real estate closing.
They delayed the wire and then, incredibly, the manager (Graciela) placed an additional hold on my own cleared funds — even after I informed them I would be closing my account.
Because of their actions, I was unable to send the wire on time for my closing. They played with my money with no valid reason. This wasn’t a third-party deposit — it was my own money, verified and cleared days before.
I’m still waiting for them to release my funds just to close my account.
Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable.
Avoid this bank at all costs.

I went to cash a check issued by this bank at an agency in Doral. My experience was wonderful. The cashier named Jacqueline and another one had exquisite treatment. I felt like he had known me all my life. I have been so delighted that I am looking into putting my deposit account there.

My God, a bank where I have had the account for so many years and today is the second time I come and meet Marjorie J Rodriguez who I think did not go to school, how is it possible that they put illiterate people to work in a place like this. I would never come back here

I asked the supervisor if she could authorize another cashier and she replied that they were having lunch !! We all have the right to our rest ... but the schedules are coordinated so that the employees are in the most public hours. Very unfortunate. Never more!
