They are unprofessional, they do not look for solutions to the clients' needs after the jewelry is so expensive, they are rude and very unprofessional, I know that my opinion will count for little but I have been spending my money there for years since that store opened and they are very rude.

Today I passed by the store for the second time expecting to be attended to like when I went one day to buy from the manager but nothing to see three girls there and not one was able to ask how she could help me and to whom I asked him. price of one of the products that I went to buy, he barely responded because he was very spoiled in his cell, what kind of salespeople are those, the truth is that they were terrible and it is not the first time that happens to me, they completely take away my desire to visit that store.

The service at Tous mall in Hialeah on the afternoon shift of 03/29/2024 was terrible.They have no pleasure, nor good treatment, with the customers. Very bad face and none of the three employees came to serve me and there were no customers in the store at that time, the manager was very rude and without a drop of education, it's a shame that Those people are the ones who serve us in such a prestigious store and their merchandise is not cheap.At least I will never shop at that store again.

I am a TOUS Customer, but from here in this Mall, they are very professional girls, they explain everything to you, very friendly, I always deal with Yanet, she is a girl who makes you want to not leave the facility, a special treatment , professional, loving.I recommend 100%, we are going to regret it.Congratulations to that work group

Terrible service from the saleswomen, I felt mistreated by the supposed Manager and another of his saleswomen, I will not buy from TOUS again, they have served me better at H&M! Elaine was very kind, the rest were rude and disrespectful, it is embarrassing that they devalue such a prestigious brand for the lack of education of their saleswomen, it is the first time I have bought and I assure you, it will be the last!!!!!!

Worst service ever! So unprofessional and they take so long for everything. They lie about their services and do not care as long as they get it sold. They are also sooooo disrespectful I could never imagine somebody who works in retail that possibly this arrogant and terrible. They need to replace the staff lol

5 starts for this store specially to DIANA!!She figured out offering all her help and more to find a reference number of a baby blanket located at Dadeland mall store they told us they couldn’t sell because the couldn’t find the reference number. I had (as customer) to figure out and call the stores (Dadeland said they did it but no one replied….) Diana found it in a second and we finally were able to buy the baby blanket. Then when picking it up at Dadeland the employees seemed mad because we find out on our end what they should without making us wait at the mall without a response…I am from Spain and as a Spanish brand I would like to give a heads up to corporate and let them know. Personnel and managers (Dadeland and International Mall) are RUDE with lack of interest to help customers who are of course going to spend their money there. Hiring process should be more selective. Tous brand would end up being downgraded here in Miami if this continue happening.Corporate take notes! Other reviews confirm the same.

On Sunday the 27th, my wife and I went to this store located in the Westland mall with the intention of buying a gift for her birthday, without imagining the experience we were going to have. After trying on various items, my wife chose one that They were there and others that we ordered from another store to pick up days later, when it was time to make the payment, the employee apparently was exhausted by my wife's indecision and referred to me with the words "lack of ethics" towards her. Question is: how is it possible that such an expensive store with good quality products, can employ people with so little experience and ignorance when it comes to dealing with customers, without many details, we decided to cancel the purchase of almost 900 dollars, but we left with the unpleasant experience of planning that day to buy a gift for a special day, I think that the price, the good quality of the product and good customer service are essential for the proper functioning of a business, thank you

Came here on Saturday the 9th and there was 2 people working….. how are you gonna have 2 employees scheduled on a Saturday ? They took Atleast 1 hour before they attended my GF do a better job.

The worst experience ever!!!!! I have been shopping in this store since years, and recently they change their personal, omg!! horrible attention, rude and disrespectful, I came 3 month ago to pick up a necklace that I send to repair because they call me to notify me that the necklace was already in the store and when I was there they didn’t find it, and in that time the girl tell me that they didn’t call me, yesterday I was in the store to ask about it and for no reason the necklace was in the store since 3 month already. This store has to improve their customer service for sure!!!!
