Where to begin. But so i dont make it that long let me make it quick:
1 - 4 months ago i requested a part for an umbrella they sold me and a quote on two new umbrellas ($1700). 4 months later after is spoke to: Felipe Lima, Angela Mora and manager Ricardo Morales. I still have no part (they sent the wrong part 2 months ago and still trying to get them to call me about the correct replacement) And i still do not have my new umbrellas which i paid about 2 months ago as well. I understand manufacturing is delayed but regardless their customer service is very very bad. I am in the service industry and i never left a customer hanging the way these people left me here. RESULT: I regret buying the second set of umbrellas. I do not recommend anyone buying from them. Umbrella is good.. but wait until you have a problem with it.
