Horrible experience with this dealer. After paying over the phone a moving truck with U-Haul and being 5 minutes away from the store to pick it up, the allegedly "owner" of the store, called me screaming and with a super rude actitud to ask me what I wanted the truck for, where I was moving to, and to let me know the return date on my contract and provided by U Haul was wrong. That having the truck rented for that period had a higher price than what it was charged by U Haul. I told him that I had paid for what U Haul had posted on their website, and he replied, "I don't know anything about any U Haul website." I immediately hung up and called them to cancel the reservation.
U Haul should select better their dealers and employees, but unfortunately, it looks like they don't care about customer satisfaction and respect. I will never use U Haul again ‼️😡

The worst treatment of my life was at this place. I don't recommend it at all. The owner literally voted me and my husband out of his private property like he told me. All because he wanted me to be alone to process my reservation and my husband had to go out and there couldn't be anyone else. Hello, it's a gas station where several people can enter at the same time. My husband tells him that he is going to buy a soda so that I am not alone in the place and right there he came out shouting angry and in a very bad manner and told me that he was not going to rent me anything if we left. She approached my husband, provoking him every minute.
I don't understand after seeing so many complaints about the same thing and with the same person how U HAUL still has that rental point. It is a total lack of respect how he treats customers. It's a shame that people like him stop renting from U HAUL since they are not the only company that rents trucks. My disappointment is total. I HOPE U HAUL TAKES SOME ACTION IN TIME. And that is my story, but I have never stepped foot in that place in my life. And the man should be given an intensive course in customer service.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en toda mi vida no se la recomiendo ese lugar a nadie son unos estafadores después de pagar mi servicio entregué el carro con la misma cantidad de gasolina que me lo dieron lo entregué limpio y aún así me sacaron más de $50 de mi tarjeta con la justificación de la gasolina cuando yo le tiré una foto a la gasolina antes de tomar el camión fui a hacer la reclamación me dijeron que me iban a poner un reembolso y me sacaron más dinero de la tarjeta

Horrible service. un- trained staff. Charges fees and no receipts at time of delivery. Says “park in the back” then charges a parking fee when parked in the “wrong spot”. Manager is unhelpful and dismissive. Never again!

Worse U-Haul service I’ve ever had in my life. Female employee of as extremely rude. She should be fired. Bathroom was filled with feces, and even the sink was broken down. These people only care about taking your money. Do not give business to these people.

Worst customer service ever the person in the reservation desk told me to leave to mi car even After I received a text message telling me to head in and when I explained that to him he told me that he wasn’t going to rent anything to me. (Save yourself a headache and don’t rent here)

Miguel is very courteous, and helpful. He made the entire experience fast and convenient. Highly recommend this location. Been to other locations and this is by far my favorite. If your looking for easy, efficient and speedy service this is the place ?

Miguel Cinturón claims he is the “owner” of this location, and really he’s just a frantic, misogynistic bully who has no interest in helping anyone. Also, isn’t U-Haul privately owned?!ANYWAY, we get a call within 18 hours of our rental telling us that the equipment is not available, to which we responded frustratingly concerned as we have a huge move tomorrow - OBVIOUSLY.Instead of helping us, he verbally assaulted my wife with some sort of bizarre interruptive Tourette, badgering and escalating the situation, with a delightful salutation, “we won’t be renting you anything today”, and hanging up.We called back, told him we were recording the convo (because U-Haul records all convos as well for Quality Assurance) and he proceeded to tell us he was “pressing charges”.The good news for us is we don’t have to present any recordings to anyone. After speaking to U-Haul Corporate, they assured us they’d be pulling the call records and swiftly dealing with the situation. In short, if he is the “owner”, his life may become VERY difficult over the next 48 hours.Good luck, Miguel. We hope whatever you’re going through resolves itself so no other customers have to experience your tudey little wrath. You sound super stressed! You gotta chill out for your health! We recommend meditation, a brisk walk by the water, smoking some fatty lumpkin with your peepz, or even some intimate release (if you know what we mean).Be well, Cacahuate! You got this!

How is it possible that that woman is working in a place like that. He had the audacity to tell me for just complaining that he would respect the line, that I should go rent another office because he wouldn't rent me anything, how can such a prestigious company have someone so disrespectful, as if that establishment belonged to them, I recommend you that they don't even go there

It is a lack of respect that that colleague is working serving the public, it was so disrespectful that she even told me to leave because she was not going to rent me anything, as if it were hers, so I consider that I should not serve the public, and only brings bad experiences when using U Haul services. Great service every time. I use them often and they have always been friendly and very responsive. A great team. Miguel was very helpful in finding a last minute reservation. They have consistent follow ups and i will use them again
