When there to pick up a package, it took around 15 minutes to locate a package with an attitude, and one of the item's boxes was damaged outside.You can tell most people there hate their job but don't give you the right to treat people like that - very unprofessional.Just a very bad customer service

What a joke! They should fire any upper management personnel and rehire competent friendly and most of all reliable people to operate this facility. This has been this way for over a decade. Use another carrier if at all possible. Absolutely the worst service and operations of all the carriers out there. Period!

Very helpful staff at that specific location, unlike the staff I called by phone including supervisor, those folks were 300% useless.Team from onsite location helped me a lot.

I'm pretty positive they stole my package. The last update was Feb 13th. I had to call the company I bought the product from and UPS for two days and I HAD to provide all the information. They talk about doing an investigation but they're probably sitting on their hands. I hope they close this location full of lazy people and thieves.

I see that my opinion is one of the many negative opinions, it is unfortunate how poorly they work, they waste the time of people who spend days and days waiting for a delivery that never arrives, they say that they try to make the delivery and It's a lie, I've been waiting for a package for days and every day they change the delivery date because they say they couldn't deliver it, they tell me to pick it up at a collection point and they don't take it to the place either, it's a tremendous lack of respect and inconsideration with customers who pay for a service because UPS is not free, I would like to know if they are not going to deliver the package because the hell they don't just leave it in place for me to pick it up or return it to the seller so I can collect my money, I am really very upset and the worst thing is that no one shows their face and when they do, everything they say is a lie, the UPS service sucks.

At Hangtyme Pro Help, we always have a difficult tyme receiving our packages from this center and thats not good because they are usually for a client or project. I have to visit the center in person while package is still there or it immediately gets send back to sender without even a delivery attempt. A real hassle. Only reason i dont give a 1 star is because in person they usually provide ok customer service.

Pkg was at facility 5am process 7am and tracking updates at 730pm closing time how convenient with a delivery exception never given the opportunity to pick up... would give NOOOOOO ?...

Lazy, dishonest, and totally incompetent. They continually lie about having attempted deliveries. I know because I been in my apartment each time they’ve done it and we have a package room. Then they always say they’re going drop the package at UPS access point and half the time they don’t! When they do actually send it to an access point, it’s a location in a dangerous neighborhood, 30 mins away from my apartment. UPS does this every time! And now I’ve been unlucky enough for them to do it with refrigerated medication. God bless you if you need them to deliver medication… because you probably aren’t getting it. If everyone in the world were as listless and negligent as the drivers at this facility the planet would cease to function. Absolutely horrible company, use FedEx instead if you can—ANYTHING is better than UPS in Miami.

I have important package every week deliver ed by UPS ,and this package should be signed by receiver , today i was so upset because it already happen twice , UPS marked the package as delivered . But it was not deliver to us . And in the details it said the name of our employee as receiver , it was impossible because she did not come yet by that time . Means that UPS driver only copy paste her name as receiver and Never check if its the correct address or not . Please be strict with that , always ask signature and asking the address before you dropped of the package.It happen twice UPS hialeah !!
