I don’t understand why they do not include registration and title fees when buying a car. After purchasing the car I asked the sales woman about the plate and registration. I was assured everything was taken care of and to check back in a week to replace the paper plate and receive the metal plate. Thinking everything was settled when calling back to pick up the plate, I was told I owed another $189 for the tag and registration. When asking why it was not included and being told different prices she hung up and ignored my calls. Its a shame the sales woman was dishonest with me but it wasn't worth arguing about it. Reading the other negative reviews it looks like I wasn’t the only one this happened to.
