Neglected Claim:I experienced neglect when trying to dispute an unauthorized charge with hialeah gardens bank employees, Rosemary and Maria. I went out with my family and discovered an extra charge. I called my bank, but us century employees advised me to contact the company that charged me for a refund, which I couldn't reach. Despite my busy schedule as a first responder with family, work, and school, I was told I had to make the claim in person.I felt neglected and won't recommend this bank to busy individuals. I’m personally booked in by my work Monday through Sunday for the next 3 weeks.Imagine going on a family trip abroad. While enjoying your time, you discover an unauthorized charge on your account. However, you won't be back home for another two weeks. In such a situation, you'd want a bank that accommodates your schedule, not one that forces you to adjust to their timetable.

I have been banking with US Century for a few years now and their team is great! They are always very kind and helpful with any questions I have and I have never had any issues with my accounts. I highly recommend US Century bank for all your banking needs.

Today US Century Bank showed me what a small community bank is all about. An exceptional and extraordinary customer service was given to me today at the Miami Lakes branch by Idalmis Garcia. My goodness, she went above and beyond to sort everything out for me. Not only that, but she just stepped up and looked for solutions for a speedy outcome.. Truly amazed. You'll have a customer for life with me. Thanks Idalmis.. You're truly exceptional at what you do!!!!
