I went today I didn’t know how to fill some paperwork, the clerk was so nice to me and helped me a lot. That’s the first time a USPS employee treat me that well. Hope all employees could be more like him.

I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about but the staff is EXTREMELY helpful when sending something out! I don’t know how to send anything through the mail so when I go Ik know that I will be able to be walked through it calmly. Cannot express how truly kind they are and efficient as well! The lines are super fast and they really are there to help you out!

The WORST service ever,Luis and the tall black american lady, are BY FAR PEOPLE WHO DOES NOT DESERVE the job. They talk to people with so much disrespect ?. What has America become?
And the Manager the blonde Cuban lady another good for nothing.
Save your time and use another post office.

Racists, bad service, unprofessionalism, I say something to everyone who works there who gives bad service, starting with the manager, this is the UNITED STATES where if the LAW is followed and it is also applied, they cannot come here with their bad things. customs of their countries to make it a chaos, first of all education above all, and it doesn't matter where you are or where I am. After several months, I returned twice to this post office because it was so close to my house. I have been very happy to find new customer service staff; Mr. Daniels. Despite speaking in English, he manages with good treatment and patience to understand the people we speak to in Spanish. People capable of putting themselves in the shoes of that Hispanic who arrives nervous for fear of not being understood, is a virtue. I give 5 stars to Mr. Daniels. Thank you for your excellent Customer Service.

It's sad that this is the closest post office near my home and every time I need to come the front staff treats me as well as my family members like complete trash. The front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help customers as they should get loud, disrespect customers, or say “I cannot help you” this office definitely needs to do something about how they train their staff and improve their customer service
And now I am also writing to you in Spanish. The person who helped me today has a very bad character. He should understand that not all of us have the ability to understand English well and even though we live in the United States, we are in a city where a lot of Spanish is spoken, which is why my suggestion is that they put bilingual staff but also with a desire to work and help people, a very bad opinion of that place

Worst place in the whole world. This people love making you waste time, the guy with the mustache was so so so rude to a lady that didn’t speak English, he didn’t want to scan my code and instead was making print it out, change the whole packing of my priority rate box just bc he thought the box was too big for what I needed to send. Terrible. You need to hire better workers, these people don’t a give a cent about your facility.
