The manager as well as the workers are super rude and unpleasant…. I'm not the only one who has a bad opinion about this office, they should close it...

My second bad comment here, I came here and it turns out that the lady told me to ask to bring cash and when I turned around she said that she didn't accept, this person has wasted my time. Here I left my package 2 days ago and it still doesn't come out as delivered, I know I gave it in the hand to a worker, a woman with a red wig, who received my package at 3 in the afternoon on time... the problem here is that the package I delivered is from my Amazon company, which they closed for me for not doing the shipping on time today I'm going to go complain to a supervisor to see what happened because it hasn't been shipped yet

Hands down the worst post office I have ever done business in. None of the employees seem to care about their job or helping customers they blow you off and if you’re lucky to get a response they respond with snarky condescending tones. My advice to the employees there, if you don’t like working a customer service job then quit.

In my life I come to this post office, the man who treated me is a very rude person, he treats not only me but several people, they should see the people who work at the post office because they are so conceited. I never come back here

I received very bad service from Luis, he is a person who clearly works frustrated, if you don't like the work give the opportunity to another person who gives a good image to the postal mail. He forgets that clients pay his salary.

I don't understand how in this country so free of expression they allow people to be mistreated like this, I went today to leave my package, it was the first time I went and when I spoke in Spanish they made fun so much that they couldn't stop laughing, what a bad attitude people must have bilingual and well educated

Luis, idk where to start. He is extremely rude, he doesn’t care what any of your problems he won’t try to help you. I’ve witnessed him being rude I’ve waiting in line while people themselves say they try to avoid him and can’t stand him. I had a QR code to scan he said I can’t do it here you have to do it at the computer. (I don’t like using the computer because it never emails/prints the receipt for proof of drop off) He lies a lot to not do more than what he is paid to do. He’s lied to me before like telling me he couldn’t ship a package because of the weight on my label wasn’t correct (I’ve never had a problem in other Post Offices, I just get billed the difference. Which I’m fine with)He claims no to know Spanish or any questions you ask him. He does the bare minimum. Im guessing he knows he’s not going anywhere because of how he treats customers. Treats everyone really bad. I always avoid this place but it’s close to my house so I figured maybe today will be a good day. But it’s NEVER a good day when you have to deal with that horrible Luis that’s a miserable human being. If you’ve read this far, I’m sure you can relate. Hope they do something about him.

Very bad experience of seeing people arriving there who are clients of that office.postal workers who do not speak English and the postal representatives tell you at the time that it is their turn to attend to you, with a lot of attitude that they do not speak Spanish and do not make an attempt to help those people who had been on the line for a long time to be attended to, no They have no one in that email who works there to help people who do not master the English language and are desperate at that moment without receiving adequate attention, the fault lies with the supervisors who do not care at all about the client, knowing that they have They have to have bilingual staff because in Hialeah it is too Latino and Hispanic and when they arrive. Post offices like this are seen as lost and discriminated against, people in situations like this must complain or give poor ratings so that this improves and they put bilingual staff and everyone is cared for properly ?

I have never seen so much customer abuse as in this USPS office, I have been there 3 times and it has always been the same, they have no manners and talk to customers as if it bothers them to do THEIR JOB. 99% of the reviews are bad. Let's hope they replace all of this staff and also the manager for allowing such unprofessional staff and lack of ability to face the public.

I'm visited this unit in July in order to return my cellphone. They never gave me a receipt and tracking number. I requested and they told me that I do not needed. ATT told me bow that they never received and today 09/11, around 10 am, I'm visited the unit to request a Supervisor and a woman with red hair, who attended people seeing her cellphone, in very bad way, told me that I need to do the line. THE SUPERVISOR never appeared and someone request my cellphone to wait for his call. Still waiting for it.. incredible. Now, I'll request to consumer report about their attention

Very bad experience with the person who assisted me, very little desire to work and above all very racist, he disrespected me and others who were there simply because we do not speak English. I think action should be taken because we all know that in this city 90% of the population is Spanish speaking, the address is 3200E 2nd Ave Hialeah Fl 33013 they should give a customer service course with the basics to be able to offer good service and also in Spanish, the truth is I have had the worst experience of my life
