The five stars is for Scarlett who’s always super professional and hard working. The rest of the employees here seem to have taken the pop copy training manual from the Chappelle Show literally. I don’t entirely blame em’ cause USPS should hire more staff and provide adequate breaks and down time for their staff. But dang don’t take it out on the innocent clients talk to your superiors about more pay and breaks etc…

Terrible treatment specifically from a lady named Janeth, a blonde who is sitting in the middle, I don't see people like that serving the public, I don't recommend this place, because I will never go back... I hope her superiors take these opinions into account, since It is very unpleasant to come to a place out of necessity and be treated so badly.... I would give this place 0 stars... just for that lady with such a lack of education, empathy and bad character...

It is a terrible service, they have an employee who only speaks English in a Latino area and says she does not speak Spanish.
All annoying and with a bad attitude. Going to that office is having a line in vain because there is never Internet or it is always something and vomo the person who is put to work does not speak Spanish, well you waste time you stand in line for pleasure.
"BUILINGUAL" people should be transferred to work in this area

Terrible treatment after standing in line they say that the system crashed that they could wait but that they closed in 10 minutes after waiting almost 30 minutes without counting the mistreatment of the employees towards the customers

If I could give zero I would. Yesterday for the first time I went to these offices I needed to send an envelope. The truth is I had no idea what it was like. I was served by a lady with blonde hair who is in the middle. What a lack of education! What a lack of empathy. It makes me sad to meet such poorly educated people!! I recommend to that lady if one day she were to read this message that she better retire from that job, it seems that she is not comfortable. I know working customer service is not easy but to give such bad treatment it is better not to do it.

Both times that I went there I was treated nicely with no attitude or anything. I've been there on a weekend and on a weekday I was attended by 2 different ladies and both were nice and helpful.
