Horrible service when my courier is off. This is the second time USPS substitute courier lost my package. I called several times trying to find my package and nobody answered at the distribution center or operator agent. Me and my new mail person are about to fight. The last three days informed delivery has told me I have mail and for the last three days none of mail has shown up.The mail person also delivered a package to my door instead of the mailboxes but did not leave ANY letters which was so weird. Do you not have your skeleton key? What’s up babe, let me know because I can help you look for it. I just need my mail.

Hire postmen who don't have dyslexia to see if they're not so incompetent and start leaving packages where they're supposed to leave them. Then they complain that the post office is bankrupt if they do a worse job every day.Another package lost by you incompetents !!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve recently received the most disgusting customer service in the past twenty years. USPS will eventually fail if they continue this insanity. My son won’t be getting his PlayStation this Christmas because the local driver stole the package. Don’t even dare calling consumer affairs, they just repeat what is said in the case. They closed two service requests without contacting me in over three weeks. This post office deserves to be changed into a FedEx or UPS location. There’s no honesty with this location, this public service is failing us as the months go by. Leave it to FedEx or UPS, these guys know what they’re doing. Can’t believe you guys treated me like trash, ignored me, I went to this location physically twice and the managers just hide. They also never pick up the phone, and there’s no cameras there by the way. Feel free to go there and do whatever you want since things aren’t recorded. My packages was stolen by this location, you thieves. Ruined Christmas, awful human beings.

Again, if I could add zero stars I totally would. This location stole my sons Christmas gaming console. The local driver is garbage, and so is the office. No one picks up the phones, the managers are always hiding and they never call you back after visiting the location multiple times. Worst customer service ever, I hope you guys close and FedEx or UPS takes your place. God awful location for USPs. PS: your consumer affairs department is a joke. Disgusting service.

All I needed was tape. I waited in line to ship a box, just needed tape to close it. The woman at the counter told me they didn't have tape and gave me a fake address to another usps "5 min away" that I stupidly went to... that didn't exist. A shipping company doesn't have tape. Wow. Horrible customer service.

Post office has a great location. Right off 826 South in Hialeah FL near Miami FL. Employees are knowledgeable and nice.

Forget USPS they will forever be incompetent and lazy, shipped about 15 orders so far all tracking updates minus 4.. no answer, no information, not scammed no tracking updated... we are going by again tomorrow.. this is unacceptable from now on UPS forget it, we can't afford f ups like that or employees stealing packages or losing them or not scanning them because they didn't want to.. what a waste of money paying these inept people to do a simple job.. fire them all and hire a new well trained team period!

Package requiring signature was expected to arrive 9/7. No updates until 9/9 that it's finally out for delivery. Two of us in the house all day, no knocking -- come to find the stupid little "we missed you" pink slip IN THE MAILBOX. So they lost track of my package for 48 hours and have the gall to say they missed me... This is why small businesses are failing, because USPS fails THEM. I'm certain my online order has perished and become useless due to the negligence of these mail carriers.

I had a delivery scheduled today 3/23/21 that I’ve been tracking all day. I waited all day on the first floor of my apartment in case they knocked. I didn’t find out they “attempted delivery” until I logged on to Amazon to track. What’s funny is no one knocked or left a note but the employee claims he did, yet I received mail in my mailbox. If you put two and two together he or she saw the walk they had to take from the street and up the stairs and they didn’t feel like doing all that work so they claimed they attempted delivery. Now I have to wait until tomorrow because of this employee. God knows if it’s another employee that will purposely do the same thing. I hope my orders are straight from Amazon from now on because usps employees obviously don’t want to do the extra work of getting out their vehicles.
