They treated me with terrible politeness. They didn't even let me ask a question, without greeting me they sent me to the line before I said a word. Obviously I left without waiting to be attended to. It was a lady on March 1, 2024 early in the morning.

We came trying to get a walk in appointment for passports. We had to get our 4 children done that day. The lady working was very helpful and accommodating and made sure they all got theirs done. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She seemed to really care about helping people. She was constantly answering questions for customers. I wish I had her name, but I was very impressed.

Official Carlos and his colleague were very kind and gentle at all times. They helped me a lot and gave me the pertinent instructions to track my documents. Excellent. Grateful.

I have read the most relevant previous opinions and most are negative with very low ratings. Two things surprise me: 1- Nobody from the Company reviews, responds or comments. It's like they don't care. If you care. Give your opinion, please! I do not frequent the post office and I cannot comment on the previous experiences, however, and very much in favor of the establishment, and the staff on the 3 pm shift, I can say that the employee Joe M. did an outstanding job, serving in short time a long line waiting. With courtesy, good treatment and diligence, he managed to assist, with surprising promptness, a large number of clients. I recognized and appreciated his work and here I make it public. Thanks Joe M. Good job!

This place is in shambles. Terribly underfunded and understaffed. This is what happens when we cut spending on amenities and funnel it towards wars instead.

This woman raised her voice at my son when he asked her a question while trying to mail his FASFA form. Her tone was very condescending while she explained to “properly” Mail something In front of other customers. He was embarrassed and no employee should ever treat someone this way.This woman did not have a name tag but I did get a photo. I hope she gets some kind of talking to about her behavior.

Pile of trash. Horrible customer service, and packages repeatedly are being missent to incorrect USPS hubs. I understand that working this type of job doesn't require a high IQ, but I'd assume that literacy would be a requirement. After my experiences at this Post Office, I can't wait for robots to replace all of their jobs.

Went to this post office to mail something that was already postage paid. It would not fit in drop off box slot so I went to counter to wait in line. A person that came to counter after me was called first. Figured I would wait anyway, they did it no again, since I didn’t speak Spanish or require a passport I wasn’t very important. Worst customer experience ever. I wasn’t able to mail my item because I couldn’t put up with the disrespectful way I was treated and I just left instead.

I want to leave this bad review for MIGUEL (the Bald one) he has very bad customer service, he is very impolite, rude, it is not the first time this has happened to me with him , really if he does not like his work he should do something else.

It’s no mystery why this company and other like it and going down, employees that don’t want to work! We are in line wile hearing the agents talk about how they scare people away by been rude and other tactics to not work! Jezz I wonder why they are been replace by robots. They should close all this business down and stop giving employment to people who do not want to work
