Absolutely unacceptable. I came during rush hour and there were 8 people in line with only one clerk working. The wait was long, and no sense of urgency or support was shown to help move things faster. This is a busy location USPS needs to do better staffing during peak hours.

Bad Customer Service! They need to improve! You have to make a long line to ask for all the shipping slips, because they have it inside. And then do the line again to do all the process, come on. No respect for your time! LEAVE ALL THE SLIPS OUTSIDE LIKE OTHERS POST OFFICES!!

Does anyone have something positive to say about usps. They don't even go up one floor to complete deliveries, if you are lucky you might find your packages on the floor by the mailrooms on the building . It's incredible . I wish companies will give you the option of choosing your carrier .

I dropped 3 packages on Monday to their collection box in their room. The collection box shows that the processing time is Monday to Friday 1pm and 5pm but they haven't take care my package on the second day even on the third day on Wendsday still nobody take care it. My packages are still in their box..not scan, not ship out. This location staff are absolutely very lazy, other usps office usully can take care it same day or second day. Nobody answer the phone ...I will never use their collection box again.

I’ve never met such a bitter and rude individual before like the bald old white clerk. I was standing in line and got closer to ask him for an envelope to speed the process of writing the address while I was line so by the time I got to him I was done and I did not want to hold up the line. That man spoke to me almost yelling “hey get back in the line it’s not your turn” and said a couple of times but wouldn’t even let me speak. I mean it was just a simple task and the lady he was attending to was busy looking for something. I remembered there used to be another clerk there who was super nice and attentive. I miss him. This guy should not work with the public

I was just literally ran off the road and had my son in car while your truck # 142039, road rage and tried to hit my car for simply trying to get in front of him to make a right into a school zone. I've tried to contact your office but cant get through. Would've took down tag if he had one. No wonder this place has a 2.2 rating. I will be up there tomorrow.

Every time I want to feel back in Cuba I just deal with USPS. The lack of accountability, high levels of idgaf, the feeling they have that by they doing the bare minimum and wrong most of the time is them doing you a favor is the most 3rd world thing I have ever seen in the USA

What a sad and bitter life these people who serve the public must have to give such a bad and unpleasant service, you can see on their faces that they are always angry... Until when will this be…? When will a person come who demands good service from these people, the negativity is seen above their clothes. Why does a decent citizen have to put up with the bad face and poor service of these people who give service to the public, what a disaster...

I'm surprised this place has a 2.0 rating. The supervisor there looks serious but shes respectful and very helpful. Along with her employees. Service is A1. Besides it being my local post office , I enjoy coming here. Ratings on here are not accurate . Convenient and fast . 5 stars!
