Horrible store, they do not care about their customers. They lie to their customers about promotions and once they make the sale they don't care to fix any issues that may come up with the service. Do NOT shop here! Eva assisted me and she refused to even get back to me with an update. Please do yourselves a favor and shop at a store where they actually care about their customers.

Worst Customer Service received from a store ever. Nobody wanted to take a business Payment after 45 min waiting, I was refer to a another rep, who once he opened my account decided to throw my Debit card back and told me that they do not take business payments in that store. Another representative also told another customer they do not merge accounts together even when Client had already told him he has done that before. I do not recommend this store to anybody.
I really think the rep who disrespected me should be either fire or have a written complain.

I can only put two stars because unfortunately there are other employees working here that are very nice but what I experienced here was FAR FROM THAT!
STAY AWAY FROM EDWIN!
This was the second time visiting this store and both times I had the same experience with the same person.
To start off, my greeting was “what are you looking to do because we are closing in a few minutes” not a “hello” “how can I help you”, nothing ! (I walked in 45 MINUTES before close time) he did this to multiple people during my time there.
Later proceeded to tell me all the CONS about me changing my phone at that time, (not available, we can’t transfer your information because there is no time for that, again with the time issue).
But it doesn’t stop there… while we asked to have our plans explained he seemed annoyed, my husband even proceeded to tell him that he works for a competing company and we were there to help a family member to please explained things.
Edwin then said things like “well, since you work for X company then you should know”
excuse me?
I’ve worked in sales for over 10+ years and I honestly have no idea how this man is still employed.
Verizon, you can do better.

Yesterday I was helped by Maylin after 30 years with a competitor I'm now part of Verizon. She was able to transfer all my lines smoothly and set up all my devices. She is knowable and professional. Thanks Maylin

A terrible experience, it was never their idea to help us, they just tried to charge us for the biggest plans and super bad treatment. I give it one star because you can't give less.

I visited this Verizon store two consecutive days and encountered the same employee, who provided very poor service. They did not help me resolve my issue at all. When I returned today, the same employee showed a lack of professionalism and willingness to assist. People like this should not be serving customers."His Name Marco “

Went in to try to get some help on getting the new phone,every associate looked at me in looked the other way. I didn’t receive a “ Hi welcome to Verizon “ everyone had an expression on their face as in they didn’t want to be bothered. Highly don’t recommend you come here. If there was a option to give no stars I would have chosen that 1

Honestly, Verizon don’t deserve a star, but I have to rate. The worst cellular phone network I have ever had to deal with. Customer service was horrible, four days trying to get service from a line we had ported over to Verizon and to this date, we have yet to get the line turned on. The worst experience ever and I’ve dealt with various companies by far Verizon is number one on the list.

Horrible Service, Luis the manager is unprofessional and unethical.
You should value your customers for over 15yr. Major change is needed in this location and it must begin with upper management.
And this is not a 1 off statement,
there are plenty of 1star review here to advise you about the issues.
Don’t be blind and make changes before you lose your guest.

If you need a phone or any other matter related to Verizon you just need to see Angel. It will solve and resolve any questions you may have. It explains everything to you. Detail by detail and very patient especially with all the questions I asked him. My experience was excellent. Greetings
