Terrible service, I arrived at 6:30 because at that time I leave work, I arrive and a man with a bad character tells me that he is not going to attend to me and that he was going to give me an appointment for tomorrow without even apologizing for not being able to attend to me, in The website says they close at 8pm. It doesn't matter, you cross the sidewalk and I solved my problem on t-mobile.

I wish there was a rate if for 0 stars. First of all the waiting time took for ever when the staff where just standing around. Everyone that I talked to especially Luis was very rude. Then when I was backing my phone up the original person that was helping just left and went to go help another person. So when I needed help again they told me I had to get on the waiting list agin and wait to just turn in my phone. Over all this place is ridiculous customer service wise.

I had a fantastic experience at Verizon located at 1599 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. Despite the busy environment, they managed to assist me promptly and efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Definitely a 5-star service! Thanks Edwin Specialist!! ??

The worst experience with all the salespeople, especially the bald one, I don't remember his name but he's the only bald one there...he gave me very bad information, he said he had a lot of experience but in reality he didn't know what he was saying. They should train their employees to provide information and better service to their customers. If I could tell them to close the store, I would do it.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would give it, the customer service was horrible, the person who helped me had not the slightest desire to work, for every question I asked there was a negative answer without the attempt to at least help me with what I was looking for. For me at least it's zero stars.

THAT STORE IS A COMPLETE DISASTER ?? THEY NEED MORE TRAINING SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND A GUY WITH A BEARD WHO I THINK IS THE MANAGER I ADVISE YOU TO TAKE TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER SINCE THE THINGS ARE DELIVERED IN THE HAND NOT THROWING THEM IN A TABLE. WHAT A MOST INEPT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THAT JOB YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB SINCE IT IS DEGRADING VERIZON AND ITS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT VERIZON HAS ALWAYS HAD.

I explained to them the full-time use that I was going to need and due to lack of information that they did not give me I ended up paying over a thousand dollars for extra charges for data use, by the way, a super slow internet that worked intermittently.
