“Very friendly and caring. Reasonable prices. I live in Kendall and I still see Dr. Lopez. He has diagnosed and solved many health issues for my two doggies. My oldest dogs gets laser therapy for his knees and it has helped walk much easier, almost without any problems.”

“Today I visited Diaz heart animal hospital. My tuxedo cat Miracle was not feeling well. Miracle was a senior cat that I rescued in 2011. Today was also my birthday! I would like to thank Laura, Ruben and staff for treating me and Miracle with kindness and respect. Miracle departed today to a better place and he chose my birthday for a reason. I am in a lot of pain, I miss my amazing friend but I thank Dr. Diaz for being able to say goodbye to my friend with dignity and love. Alicia valois”

“An Absolute Gem in Hialeah—Compassionate, Fair, and Individual Care! If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats your pet like family rather than a line item on a corporate spreadsheet, look no further than Pets & Hearts Animal Clinic. My dog recently needed surgery, and the entire experience blew me away. Before coming here, I was deeply anxious about both the medical procedure and the astronomical, inflated costs quoted by other corporate clinics. From our very first consultation, the doctors and staff completely set my mind at ease. They took the time to slow down, thoroughly evaluate my dog, and explain every step of the diagnostic and surgical plan. What stands out most is the incredible, individualized care. They didn't just look at a chart; they truly bonded with my dog, keeping them calm, comfortable, and feeling safe before and after the operation. You can tell immediately that everyone here genuinely loves their jobs and every pet they treat. To top it all off, their pricing is incredibly fair, affordable, and transparent. There were no hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells, and absolutely no inflated corporate markups. They provided top-tier, expert surgical care at a price that honors the Hialeah community. My dog is recovering beautifully, and I will forever be grateful to the entire team! Highly recommended! Look at the picture! Right after her surgery done, there is my dog not in a dog cage, but in a doctor's cabinet on puffy blankets under the constant supervision of the nurse♥”

“God bless the Vet and staff at Veterinary Associates. I found them a few weeks back when I was searching for vets to spay/neuter community cats we take care of. I made the two appointments so we can start little by little. Yesterday we took the first one, baby Bruce and the process was smooth and they did the surgery at no charge, we only paid a little for the antibiotic and pain killer. They were very professional and treated us like any paying client. Love having a place close by that offers these services at no charge for people like us that help community cats and want to control the over population. Thank you so much and keep it up.”

“This is a great veterinarian and pet hospital. For the past 15 years they provided veterinary care for our Dachshund (Kahlua) and saved her life when she got pancreatitis years ago. When we had to say goodbye to her this morning as it was her time, Dr. Caballero and the staff were very professional and understanding during this extremely difficult time for us and explained the process to us. My Min Pin (Dalilah) will continue to get her veterinary care here. Thanks again for being so professional and compassionate during this difficult time.”

“We visited the clinic yesterday to get our 2 cats ready to travel. This was one of the only places that actually knew exactly what we need to get our cats ready. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very kind. The vet itself is also very sweet lady that actually cares for your animals. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. Very good experience compared to many places we went before. I would highly recommend this veterinarian if you need to get your pet ready to travel and for your everyday veterinarian needs.”
