Victor was very helpful in understanding what was wrong with our printer and when it was decided it was not worth repairing he helped us find the perfect printer to replace it. The technicians are wonderful and the response time is excellent. We recently had a big project and our main copier went down. In addition, it was 4:00 PM and we explain to the service manager how much we needed their help. Not only did they show up within an hour but they also brought along a loaner machine just in case they could not get our unit working. What a team!! It is my pleasure to recommend Victor and Giovanni for helping us thru this.
