The staff was very generous. They answered every question that I had and also educated me on things that I didn't understand or know about. They were also very friendly to my family that attended the visit with my daughter and I. They made this visit very welcoming atmosphere by telling jokes and making it very personal. The patient quality care was magnificent and we will be back.

Came back to our Visionworks in Hialeah Palm Springs Plaza and I bought my progressive glasses and my son’s eye glasses as well as my aunts. As always Ana was so patient with all mine and my families needs. She is a true pleasure, she goes on and beyond to have my needs met in quality and price. I can recommend them without a doubt as they are all excellent and really care. Thank you Ana and Visionworks. ☺️👍

Very bad experience. Unjustified delay... I wanted glasses that would be useful for reading and for the computer monitor... the difference between the two lenses is less than 4 inches just for reading.

Excellent service, the site was impeccable, the doctor who treated my daughter was very professional with that human touch that is needed to feel confident, and the manager was very attentive and knowledgeable about the clients' needs (especially with the area of vision insurance). excellent professional with that Latin warmth necessary to feel confident and without a doubt return to this branch… 100% recommended

Excellent attention in this vision center, nice lenses, very good brands.
The Dr. was very nice and prepared for everything related to my annual checkup. Mr. Boris, super nice, polite and ready to provide me with information and suggestions on what is best for me according to my insurance policy. I definitely recommend this place.

made me wait an hour past appointment time to see me, employees gave me a water bottle to make up for it which was nice, and employee Lucy was an amazing employee to work with, despite my aggravation at the wait she was pleasant and kept me in a good mood. 2 weeks wait for glasses is still long tho :/
