Best experience ever.. I been using glasses for many years now and coming to this location it’s amazing… all the staff are friendly and eager to help and make you feels comfortable… I never experienced a service like this one.. will be my place for now on .. strongly recommend.
Dr Isabella Lozano take an extra step doing her evaluation… definitely she love her job. Kudos to Boris the manager, Vilma, Gilberto .. but to be honest all of them go above and beyond for every client.

The staff was very generous. They answered every question that I had and also educated me on things that I didn't understand or know about. They were also very friendly to my family that attended the visit with my daughter and I. They made this visit very welcoming atmosphere by telling jokes and making it very personal. The patient quality care was magnificent and we will be back.

Their team work and leadership of Gilberto was very commendable.

Came back to our Visionworks in Hialeah Palm Springs Plaza and I bought my progressive glasses and my son’s eye glasses as well as my aunts. As always Ana was so patient with all mine and my families needs. She is a true pleasure, she goes on and beyond to have my needs met in quality and price. I can recommend them without a doubt as they are all excellent and really care. Thank you Ana and Visionworks. ☺️👍
