I have spent the last two days consistently calling the pharmacy back to back. They pick up and immediately place the call on hold, then it starts ringing again, and they place it on hold again until they pick up and disconnect the call. I desperately need my medication which has apparently been out of stock for over a week and a half. But they can't be bothered to answer the phone. 15-20 calls in row, 9-12 minutes each call, and they will not answer.

Pharmacy is always busy and under staffed. Prescriptions take a very long time to be refilled. They also do not have medications that are in stock at other Walgreens. Poor management in the pharmacy and in store

Yesterday I went to the newest LabCorp facility inside Walmart close to the pharmacy and the experience was excellent. I went for a blood test and the nurse help me with everything. She is very professional and I will go there every time I need a lab test.

This pharmacy is THE WORST! There is NO customer service here. The employees at the pharmacy pick up calls and hang up. I've seen this in person because I've called from within the store to have the ladies straight up pick up my call and hang up. Complete TRASH. If you have an medical emergency and need your meds suggest going somewhere else ASAP

My experience with the Pharmacy continues to go from bad to worst. On two previous occasions I have reached out to Walgreens corporate because of the issues with this department. The personnel does not care about the customers and their phone system is the absolute WORST. I have called on three separate occasions and after 16 mins, 13 mins, and 18 mins of holding, the system simply disconnects. I've spoken to the manager and all she can say is that they are aware their phone system does that but there is nothing they can do. I actually got in my car today and drove there while I was on told today for a total of 15 mins. I've moved the majority of my prescriptions to "mail-order" so that I don't have to physically go there and deal with the incompetent staff.

My husband was purchasing medication at the pharmacy, as he was walking through the store, he decided to stop for shampoo and extra hair ties. As he was browsing the isle, a woman walked behind him and said "this is lost prevention, you better pay for your items". PROFILING MUCH??????? Instead of loss prevention doing their actual job and watching people, to see if they are truly stealing, this woman decided to walk up to my husband to MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE SHIT, she wanted to use the little bit of power she holds at her job.What a sad woman. This was Saturday, Feb 6 in the morning. We are not coming back! I can see why they are so poorly rated. The management needs training, they don't know what they are doing, running a damn circus.

This location needs a massive face lift. The store is always disorganized and the staff isn't very helpful. Clearly they have a shortage of employees and need better management. Try to avoid this location and go somewhere else if possible.
