  I arrived at this Walgreens at approximately 9:41 PM and observed several customers outside appearing confused. The store lights were on, but the doors were locked. The posted store hours on the window—under the name of a manager listed as “Alfa King,” which seems questionable—clearly indicate the store should be open until 12:00 AM. There were no employees visible on-site, and customers were understandably upset about the situation.

  I came to this Walgreens on 10.26 at 9:30 pm (if you look at the store hours they’re open until midnight) but when we got there, the door was locked. Lights were all on and I was outside with multiple people waiting for the door to open and no one ever came. The manager on site (based on the store hours on the door) was “Alpha King”. It was extremely unprofessional to have the store hours showing that they’re open, yet we all come and the door is locked with no one in sight.

  Their customer service is rude as hell, especially the mean old man named Vivian. Literally could not have had a worse experience at this Walgreens. It's incredible the kind of staff Walgreens is forced to hire. Hell if you can just read this you're already more capable than the people that work there

  This place is a zoo fullOf animals working there. When you call the pharmacy you always put on hold and you can hear themPick up and hanging upAnd they out you onHold for the longest time. The laziest group of animals around. The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They’re rude nasty obnoxious and poorly educated. You should give those animals working there some serious classes on how to treat people. This place is really hell on earth. My animal have more clad than these animals.

  Bad attention from the cashier, the wait is long at the self-service, the orders are ready and they tell you to come back in 2 hours.Dear Walgreens, when you go to pick up a medicine you don't have to return after 2 hours and can prepare the order in less time, please find more trained personnel in that area.I barely get home and they send me a message that the medicine is ready, for God's sake here in the USA every hour counts to waste our time

  I have been visiting this pharmacy for 4 years and I can assure you that of all the people who work here, Mrs. Lisset Diaz, everyone knows her as the lady with long red hair who is always in cosmetics, at least I have never arrived and seen bad treatment from her part always smiles and helps everyone. The truth is that I wish everyone would choose to have that good service with all clients.
