The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service !!! They take forever to give you your medication, they give you a hard time if you need any help. My medication was sent there at 6 am and they said it won’t be ready until 6pm … 12 hrs and the guy said I was wasting his time when I told him my elderly mother would be picking it up for me and couldn’t wait too long.. he hung up on me .. I’ll never get medication from them again

The lady pharmacist that I spoke to was extremely rude and nasty to me. I told her I was in alot of pain and she said "you're the one making it worse on yourself honey." I simply tried to give her my date of birth first so she could pull up my acct and she said no you need to tell me your question first and after all of that she then asked for my date of birth and said she didn't see my prescriptions. My Spine Doctor prescribed 4 pain meds 4hrs ago and I was still waiting for one of them to be filled. I asked if there was anyone else that I can speak to and she transferred me to a male pharmacist that was really nice and patient with me. He was able to find my prescriptions and put a rush on the one that was still in progress. The lady pharmacist has poor customer service skills and does not need to interact directly with customers, she is clearly incompetent she couldn't find my acct profile but the other pharmacists could. When customers are sick or in pain the last thing we should have to deal with is a rude pharmacist with a nasty attitude its makes matters worse.

This store specifically the pharmacy does not even deserve a rating. They never answer the phones. When they do the explanation they give for not having filled the prescription is ridiculous. When is corporate going to get involved. I know I can go to other companies and I will but in the meantime someone needs to explain customer service to this store.

Slowest Walgreens in existence, everything takes an hour which in reality is 6. You'd get faster service driving further.

There is a great chance this pharmacy is a Covid distributor. The pharmacy tech informed me they had Synthroid. I get there and they don’t have it. That same day I start to have a tingle in my throat. Through out the night I started with body aches. I work from home and hadn’t gone anywhere else. I take a test a day later and my results are positive for Covid. I wore a mask and sanitized my hands. The exchange may have taken place when I handed the tech the bottle because she didn’t seem to understand the name of the medication I was telling her. I should have read the reviews prior to heading there because I won’t be surprise that others have gotten Covid from this place. I do hope some “authority” pays attention to these reviews. Because the population they are older adults. They need to pay attention to sanitizing or something. I wish google allowed no stars… this place is horrible!!

If there were negative starts available I would use that this pharmacy has been the worst to deal with. ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service, yes they are 24 hrs but 24hrs of NO WORK they constantly blame the system being down and not being able to pick up the phone. I have been with this location for years and because I seldom use them I tend to forget how HORRIBLE they are! Today was my draw I will never be back there and if you were smart you would do the same.

La farmacéutica no me quiso ayudar con mi prescripción, tuve con ella dos semana sin poder resolver . Mi doctor le dijo a ella que no iba a cambiar la prescripción descripción. Usted sabe que tuve que ir a CVS a comprar la medicina cash . A pesar que le dije que la iba a pagar cash y Walgreens Farmacéutica no me la quiso dar . Fui a CVS y en una hora , 1 hora obtuve mi medicamento que era para cancer de la piel.

The pharmacy won't answer the phone. I've been on the phone for over an hour and a half, only to have them pick up each time and barely utter the words of "please hold". It's ridiculous. Period. This is the most important section in the store where customers have serious questions in need of getting an answer. This should not be allowed. Walgreens as a company should make sure of this!!

Anyone who knows me, knows I am a fan of CVS over Walgreens. However I was pleasantly surprised over this particular Walgreens. I had to come here for my prescription - as it was the assigned store apparently according to my doctor and would work out cheaper than my normal CVS. So there I was. There was a bit of a wait, as it was busy. However the gentleman behind the counter was fast, efficient and friendly. Once I was served it was a fast encounter and I was on my way. This Walgreens was nice and bright and airy inside and looked clean. I was also pleased to see four people waiting for their covid shots!

No one in the pharmacy knows what is going on. All of them have different answers. One says it's ready, the other in an hour, and it's never ready 48 hours I've been trying to get medication.

I’ve been calling several times wall greens to get information on a medication I’ve called several times been put on hold for 30 minutes been disconnected I’ve called about five times the last time I called I was put on hold for 45 minutes to be disconnected this has gone on the whole entire day. Unbelievable when someone is sick and they’re unable to get medication and they need information about what the situation is and they aren’t able to go to the pharmacy so they call they get no Service whatsoever. This is unbelievable very unprofessional service that they hang up on you and they don’t pick up even if they’re busy they should be able to attend two or three people and pick up at least one call and do it over again. If my insurance was not affiliated with this company I would go elsewhere this is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to

I came to get my vaccine.... Made an appointment and still had to wait and hour... this is unacceptable and ridiculous... why make an appointment if they going to just take walk ins and ignore your appointment
