The pharmacy service is terrible. You arrive inside 100 people and only one worker. You go outside the line of cars reaches the avenue and they spend hours serving you, the horrible workers. Their lack of desire to work shows through their clothes. I honestly don't know how long the bad service will be in this place. Right now there are 4 workers and only one attending the window and the staff inside.

Worst customer service here. The pharmacy is great but the retail people here are the most uneducated and lazy people who you ask for help and they say it’s not their job. Today 16:47 one register open, 20 people in line, ask the other 2 employees if they could help her and they said no that they were scanning stuff for the shelves. Ask if you could pay at photo are, they say no cause it’s products.This is bad.The pharmacy and clinic are the best though

Today, I had to pick up some antibiotics for my daughter and I had an excellent experience. Lately I have noticed that pharmacies in general are understaffed and it is very difficult for the employees to provide a good customer service. Today, I was assisted by the best pharmacy tech, her name is Marilyn, she took care of my ordered very quickly and the best part was that she asked me if I wanted to add flavor to the antibiotics, I did not even had to ask. Thank you Marilyn for a very professional, excellent and caring customer services. Walgreens you should hire more employees like her!!!!!!!

The worst place to go. They have no respect and no personnel to attend their customers. They have basically all the products lock which I understand that is to prevent people stealing but if as a business you are going to lock yours products you need an employee that will be available to open it and assist the customers on the spot. I had to wait for the cashier to finish with the longest line ever for her to open a beauty item for me. I went to ask the cashier if she was the only one and she said that the overnight shift is only 2 people. I don’t understand what type of overnight when it’s 8:10 in the morning but ok. The other cashier was assisting another line in the photo department. Again I went to ask the cashier and the lady spoke to me in a very rude matter. I guess customer services is not part of Walgreens policy anymore. In conclusion do not go there. They will ruin your day. Is not enough that the pharmacy line it’s always a 2 hour wait because they only have 1 employee available now they don’t have any floor assistance.

If I could give zero I would, You can never call the pharmacy because if you do you're put on an hour hold, and then they answer and say "please hold" to only hang up... When you show up they take forever to address your issue. When they do, they do it with an attitude.

Worse pharmacy in the United States. The ladies that work the drive thru are rude and give you an attitude upfront before you even speak to them. Never know where your prescription is and refuse to help.

The worst pharmacy ever. Under staff, when you call for a prescription status, they keep you on hold for more than 45 mns and when they answer the phone they hang up. Very lazy workers. The automatic system don't work. Lousy pharmacy. LAZY, LAZY, LAZY.

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff. Even when the issue is there own systems being down. And good luck getting anyone on the phone. Find literally any other pharmacy if you are able.

Better management of pharmacy, personnel is needed. Lack of personnel in the pharmacy at any time. Three people including pharmacist to handle prescriptions, counter customers and drive through customers and the vaccines too. The problem is the management not the employee, the lady that works the morning is very patient and hard working. I waited about 45 minutes today with three people in front. When I left, the line was 6 people waiting plus the drive through. Again I have no complaint of the employees but the manager and above. Walgreen sends for us to do a review of visit, but I never get a reply to this on going concerning situation.

The worse customer service. They never pick up the phone. Over an hour waiting for a person. The orders are never ready when you arrive. Not enough techs or pharmacists. This place should close down. Horrible!

I have been trying to call the pharmacy for more than an hour, every time they pick up the phone they hang up. I have been trying to call about five times and they never answer. The WORST !!!!!

App does not finalize orders. Getting to speak to a pharmacist or agent is over 20 minutes or they automatically hang up on you. You have to go in person, get ignored and walk almost an hour later for something that took minutes once taken care of. Annoying.
