The service is terrible. They should have more education to talk to the public. The lady at the cash register speaks reluctantly and says that she doesn't have time to do everything because there are few staff. However, he was able to alternate with another boy who worked at the store to fix some chocolates and also text on his cell phone (something that can be seen on the cameras), but not to solve customer requests. My purchase was photos which he gave me incomplete because he didn't take the time to count that there were 10 or make sure what he was doing, he only gave me 8. The boy mischarged me for some school supplies and even though I looked for proof (the price sign on the shelf) that taking me two products was another price, neither of them did the slightest thing to even go see, They didn't solve anything, nor did they say anything. It is sad that they do not take care of training their staff so that they have better education and culture of what it means to have CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been here for 23 years using the same Walgreens and I have never seen anything worse.

I put a package at this pharmacy to collect and they rejected it because no one with that name worked, supposedly when they have a part of only receiving packages, it is not the first time this has happened!

The worst Walgreens I have ever visited. The service in your Pharmacy is depressing, from the Dr or Manager, who treats you with racism and indifference. They speak badly and denigrating you. They lie to you about your medications, telling you that there aren't any, that they haven't arrived, and they tell you that if you don't like how they work or they mistreat you, why can't I tell you that, it's work. That there are more Walgreens and that you can leave. I wish I knew where to complain, directly. Thank you

I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. I have a serious complaint against manager Dania Rivera. She has a serious problem with favoritism with her employees. How do you figure that an employee who started working there at the Walgreens on 770 W 29th street Hialeah Fl 33012 since 2021is being given only one day work for the week when others that just got hired are being given multiple to not say 4-5 days a week. When fort hired he was given almost 30 hours a week. Sure they needed him then to unload truck and get in that 26 degree freezer to restock and refill ice but they just used him for some time. Despite asking for more hours and being told sure then she does not go by her word and give you more days despite you being willing to work she still singles him out and this is favoritism by hiring others and giving others more hours. Seniority is not considered here. Of course that creates lack of motivation on someone . She is unapproachable and talks at you not to you. She is a horrible manager that does not inspire her employees. Also complains about uniform policy to him but others in this store and other have been seen without uniform on multiple occasions also discrimination and favoritism. Walgreens is definitely promoting the wrong people to management. She just had it out for him and that’s it. Super unprofessional. Nd when she ultimately unjustly fired him she refuse to give written notice despite him requesting it in writing with her nose in the air in belittlement! She should be investigated and fired just like she fired him!

The customer service is horrible. I had to wait 4 hours for an ear drops on Saturday 11/18/23 I was there since 1 pm waiting for a Rx transfer and Paulina liras and the Dr on duty, they didn’t care the patient and lied to the customer. The had me waiting for more than 4 hours. Actually this Dr was laying about the situation when I tried to explain the horrible situation with a deep earache. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. These “professionals” mistreated the patient.The Dr on duty did not want to identify.

The worst Walgreens in all Miami Fl,the worst costumer service, There is not enough staff to serve customers and the few that there are do not treat them well! In short, don't come here, look for another location.

Very bad customer service, they serve coffee to employees in front of the customer and do not have the decency to provide it, this should be done in a location away from the sales area.
