My experience with this pharmacy and the customer service by phone is horrible today 12-20-2023 they answer you they hang up on you after being online for 15 minutes and this has happened to me many times and the truth is someone has to take action with the employee in charge of this, and every time I called and it continues to happen I will come here and report it, Walgreens is a very large and prestigious company so that employees like those there continue to devalue it

My experience was horrible, I do not plan to return, it is a lack of respect, the employee Victor Laguna has no professionalism, he yelled at me from one corner to another with a bad attitude, it is unpleasant and I think that they should not have a person like that working in customer service and on top of that, after I stayed started laughing with other employees Victor Laguna

I placed an order online, everything was super fast, the managers were super attentive and the pharmacy was very efficient. I really liked how organized the store is. It is my favorite store.

Best Walgreens ! Staff feel like family to visit and they always do the most to help. Everyone is very friendly if I could give this more than 5 stars I would, never had a better experience anywhere else ! :)

I'm sorry Walgreens, but you just lost a customer of almost 20. The service and customer care has declined enormously. 10 years ago going to Walgreen was like going to visit to the family, it is very sad to know that this no longer exists. Walgreens, please do a better job hiring your employees and showing them some manners for those who still want to spend their money.

I had a prescription sent by my doctor on 8/7 and when I went to pick it up the Pharmacy at this location told me that they were able to complete the order except for 1 med that they could give me half 8/7 and half the next day 8/8.I waited all day for the Pharmacy on 8/8 to call me to let me know when to pick up my prescription and I never got a call. I had to call around 3:30pm which the system told me they were working on it.Then a few minutes after that call, I get a text to pick it up. I live close by so when we get there to the drive through at 3:55pm the lady told us that they already shut down the system and picked up to go and shut the shutters on our face. There is even a posted hours in front of the store that say both store and pharmacy are open until 8pm. Very misleading. The person who was rude and shut the shutters on our face was the Miry B.I then proceeded to call and ask to speak to the store Manager Miguel Reyes whom I was told was on vacation and wasn't coming for another 2 weeks. I then asked for the name of the Pharmacy Manager whom I was told is Lata and they told me that sometimes she is in sometimes she is not and wouldn't provide me an exact time when I could call.This was very unprofessional from this store. We have a very important medication that I could end up in the ER if I don't take it and yet I was treated like nothing and no care what so ever nor 1 single effort put in to help me.Why is the Pharmacy closing 5 minutes before the time they suppose to close? Your hours say until 4pm and we got there before. You can see your video camera we go there way before but yet we were refused service.I will most likely be filing a complaint with Cooperate and the BBB. If you have the time to close at 4pm , don't close before. We are very disappointed with the way that this Pharmacy treats people. Very rude and disrespectful. Even on Walgreens website it says the Pharmacy closes at 9pm. There is no correct information available to the public of what the Pharmacy actual business times are.

Where do I start?! I am very disappointed in the staff that works in this Walgreens! My father went at 9:50 pm to get anti-diarrheal medication for my fifteen-year-old sister, and one of the employees pretty much kicked him out of the store at 10:00 pm. The employee shouted at him, "The store closes at 10, and I have to close the register, and you have been here for 10 minutes already". I did not know there was a time limit to buying products at a store, much less when looking for medication for a sick individual. This employee was disrespectful, and the male employee had no manners whatsoever. Walgreens, please do a better job hiring your employees and showing them some manners. Thank you!

Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes at the drive through. I couldn’t get off the car, sick child. No line, just three employees inside ignoring my car.

The absolute worst place to shop or get prescriptions refilled!! Unreliable, rude managers, disrespectful staff! The absolute worst! Wouldn’t recommend even if it was the last pharmacy left!

This place sucks!! All Walgreens pharmacies have very poor customer service, but this one is the worst. Looking forward to using a different pharmacy ASAP. When they are not completely lost with what they are doing (meaning they don’t have a clue of what to do), they are out of medication or they can help you because “it’s my break time and I need to eat” (said an associate after talking and laughing with a coworker for almost 15 min). If you can use another pharmacy, please do.
