Overall the store had what I needed. However the store seems outdated and run down. Those who own/run it truly take no pride in any of it.
I was able to find what I needed, no thanks to any of the workers though. At one point I was standing there waiting to ask a question and the woman at the counter was speaking English to the customer then when I went to ask her a question suddenly she couldn't speak English at all... only Spanish... made zero sense!
I gave it three stars because I was able to utilize the bathroom and I was able to grab my things and check out fairly quickly... lost stars due to lack of cleanliness though out the store as well as their inability to assist customers.

I am very disappointed in my Walgreens family, which has been my favorite all my life in the United States, but lately the medications that I need most do not have them and we have to wait many days for them to be available. I don't know what's going on. Recipes that are sent to order over time, the date passes and they are not in stock and from what I see they do not arrive on time. I am behind and so is my husband with the medications. I'm fine. Disappointed in Walgreens for the pharmacy part. Otherwise it's fine. The treatment and the promptness in which they respond to you. The phone is fine and the delibry. But the pharmacy is really leaving a lot to be desired with the medications that they should have or at least not take so long because it is for people who need it and are sick.

Today 12/27/2024 at 5:55 pm I went to the photo department and I was attended to by a dark-haired, curly-haired girl. It's a shame I didn't notice her name. I was working with a boy who was at the cash register and I want to thank him for his good work. Very grateful service, 100% attention from the two workers, quite the opposite of the Walgreens on 44 and 12 where I was treated by bad service, the supervisor was very arrogant and despotic to the point that I thanked him for his bad service and I left the premises I had that bad service at around 5:20 pm that's why I went to this other Walgreens and the truth is that there are people who love their work and others who work to have a job, I thank the two guys who treated me very well, thank you.

Horrible what happened to me today, I would like to know who the Manager of that place is, a phone number to call, something because it is a great lack of respect for the client, I am not going to give details but the abuse is abysmal, I never thought I would experience this In the United States, no one looks for a boss or someone responsible for you, supposedly the same lack of everything is the boss

The service was excellent, but the product I bought had the cream cover broken and they had removed part of it, unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. I trusted the quality of the packaging and conservation and did not review the cream before purchasing it.

customer service is disappointing. i called to ask a simple question, once she answered my question she proceeded to hang up the phone when i was not even done speaking. please if you’re at work the least you can do is be a good customer representative.

Very bad attention. Both the cashier and the supposed manager were super rude and poorly educated. I would get them out of there at 2 o'clock apparently they were upset and it was only 8 pm.

On the website, if you are not going to be open, you must change the hours. It is a lack of respect for ethics and a lack of humanity. Mainly, I have a sick family member who needs insulin just after leaving the hospital. We look on the website to see if the Pharmacy is open until 12. at night and it was closed. We arrived at 6:02 minutes and the Pharmacy was closed when it said on the website that it closed at 12 at night, therefore the Patient was left without his medication. It is communism with food. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this store two days in a row just to take a passport photo… first day the lady in the register said “no hay nadie ahora mismo que te la pueda tomar, ven mañana por la mañana.” I came in today at 11:30AM and I asked again and the associate just told me they were receiving merchandise that they can’t take picture 💀💀. Please stop waisting people time!!!
