Bad attention from the cashier, the wait is long at the self-service, the orders are ready and they tell you to come back in 2 hours.Dear Walgreens, when you go to pick up a medicine you don't have to return after 2 hours and can prepare the order in less time, please find more trained personnel in that area.I barely get home and they send me a message that the medicine is ready, for God's sake here in the USA every hour counts to waste our time

I have been visiting this pharmacy for 4 years and I can assure you that of all the people who work here, Mrs. Lisset Diaz, everyone knows her as the lady with long red hair who is always in cosmetics, at least I have never arrived and seen bad treatment from her part always smiles and helps everyone. The truth is that I wish everyone would choose to have that good service with all clients.

I rarely leave reviews and I’ve been a walgreens loyal customer since 2013.I received a coupon of $8 cash back to rewards card when you spend $25 at the store. I read the “fine print” and I followed all their specifications. So I went today to the same store where I got the coupon, and spent $69.23 and wanted to use it.At first the cashier scanned it and told me it wasn’t reading the coupon, tried a couple of times without results she even showed me the screen.Then I requested a manager and the manager just tried once and told me the same thing. Their only explanation was “is not working, call customer service and they will add it”. Thats it! Horrible customer service. I been working in the customer service and retail industry for 7 years and thats no way to treat a customer specially a loyal one.

This review is specifically related to the Photo section. Lisbet M. seems to be an all right enough worker, competent enough for this city, but she does not know how to handle a line. I told her to take the next person in line, since I had left my wallet in my car, and I needed to pay for my online order to pick it up. I came back a few seconds later and got back in line. This store is severely understaffed. She is the only one working here, and she can't multitask effectively. She tried to take everyone at the same time, making everyone uncomfortable in the process. A couple came after me and asked me if they needed to make the line to pick up. I told them that was the case. They stayed behind me. Lisbet was there, interacting with people and orders. 5 minutes later they just straight asked her for their order and she delivered it to them, as a way to just finish with a quick customer, but ignoring me in the line, even though she had my order ready on the side. Then she finished with almost everyone, and put my order on the desk. When I approached the card machine, she told me to wait. She was finishing talking to a customer. She then told me my total and pointed to the card machine for me to put my card in. The customers she was answering questions to were in front of the machine. I waited and she prompted me to do it again. I said excuse me, the customers barely moved, I put my card, and she helped me because at that point I put it backwards. When the system asked me for my PIN, right in front of unknown people because they were closer to the machine than me , I just pulled my card out and told her I was gonna pay cash. She never stopped talking to those people. I barely even spoke. I was fine before I came to this place. I never said anything to her. Unprofessionalism at a point where I am sure she is not even aware. Not coming back. Horrible customer service. I thought about just telling her she had skipped me in line, just to give her a chance to apologize, but she never stopped talking to the other people so here is my review. She needs to get another job in an area she can be better at. It's my experience. I value my time. She didn't.

Terrible experience after leaving my medicine formula at 11 am with the pharmacy person; and waiting for 4 hours for them to send me a text to see if it was ready; I decided to go to the pharmacy through the drive trough and they tell me that I don't have any formula on file. It is outrageous that first they tell a patient that they must wait two hours to have the medications ready and second that after 4 hours they do not report, send a message or anything and after all I had to wait more than 15 minutes in my car because neither They had my medicines ready. Finally my medications were in my hands at 3:05 pm from 11:00 am Terrible service.

Went in store to buy a product, it was more expensive In store than it was online in their own website, I'm aware that online prices may vary but they also do have a price match policy where they will match it to their own online store upon request , either they were not aware or wanted to refuse to follow policy but they did not want to price match their own online store

Recommend CVS instead for passport photos if you’re bringing as an image on your phone and not using the Walgreens app. The staff were not the most helpful and actually told me wrong information about the passport photos I had printed on a third party app. I spent several hours trying to resolve a problem that actually didn’t exist. Walgreens was more helpful if you’re in a rush and using a third party app like Passport Photo Booth. Only sharing this to avoid someone else the headache.

They do Not like to work!!!! I had my prescriptions sent, took me 4 days to get them and so it was for asma attacks, meanwhile driving I get an attack and could have my family which is always on board in real danger, almost had yo sue to get them working, call my insurance to make sure was covered because couldn't understand why I never had them filled by them for 4 days, the worker said maybe he didn't understand the right medications, such a huge disrespectful behavior!!! Was calling my attorney to start a sue when the pharmacy sent a text saying that was ready to pick up at day 5.
