This Walgreens’ pharmacy is probably one of the worst in South Florida. I understand their business model is to only have 1 person doing everything, but even then, the person is rude, slow, and makes the experience 100x worse.
When you call to speak to someone they won’t even greet you to say they’re going to put you on hold, they just automatically put you on hold. The drive thru takes 5hrs any time of the day. They will close the store and make you pick up through the drive thru and then put a “closed” at the drive thru, so I went a week without my medication. This pharmacy needs to close down and deserves to be fined.

This Walgreens is ghetto with terrible customer service in the pharmacy. They lost my prescription which I’ve been waiting days for. But hey not surprised for a Hialeah Walgreens.

Very bad customer service in the Pharmacy. Employee very agresive and a lier. Told me that the medice will be ready in 30 minutes when they didn't have it in stock. I spend 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for nothing. Bad 0% recommended. I will change it to other Pharmacy.
