My prescription was put at 5:30 pm and at 5:48pm I recieved a text that it was ready. This is the first Walgreens that has my meds ready fast I always have bad experiences with Walgreens but my first time visiting this one was positive for me

All of the employees in this Walgreens are super courteous and attentive. They try their best to fill your prescriptions as fast as possible and help you if there is a problem with your refills. They also deliver. I feel like their drive-thru is faster than any other pharmacy that I have had to deal with. I'm honestly jealous because I go there to pick up the rest of my family's medicine and I'm stuck with CVS because of my insurance! 😹

This is a great reminder of how bad customer service is generally these days. It took us two minutes just for the bot to get us to the representative, another two minutes and supposedly one was listening but no they weren’t and we’ve been hearing the phone call ring sound ever since.

Terrible customer service. When you call, they place you on hold until you hang up. They refresh the call and immediately place you on hold so it does not affect their phone stats. Not really interested in helping you out. Drive a couple of blocks extra and get your prescriptions at Publix!

Came here today to get the MMR vaccine Ayesha took care of me. Very professional, sweet and most of all has hands of gold. She gave me the vaccine did not feel a thing, which is a great thing since I hate needles. I also needed to get my dad’s Rx it was a long line inside and through the drive-thru and she took care of it as well so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Ayesha is the best A++++ this young lady deserves a raise. ?
